In order to attain empirical and factual understanding of project management, I decided to seek some help from an alumina of the university. He was kind enough to reciprocate and agreed to render the needful. I was entitled to the responsibility of making schedule chart and work packages. However, in order to avail me with better knowledge on the subject, I was provided with some access to documents like business and risk analysis. In addition to that, to identify different project scopes I have also carried out several practices which were in alignment.

My initiative in the field of “project management” was the result of the experience that I have gained here. However, I have also inherited the usages of numerous tools along with charts to understand and make a comparison of the usages which could prove to be a better one in terms of project scheduling and work packages. The experience has helped me to boost my knowledge in both practical and material context and thus have paved a way to promote a further study on it. For instance, I have learned that whenever there is a matter of time constraints, the rolling wave planning have proved to be very effective.
