Introduction
Employability refers to the potentiality of a person to satisfactorily get and keep work. The labour market has become highly competitive with employers looking for graduates who possesses extensive skills and knowledge. This is referred to as employability skills. According to Fajaryati, et al., (2020), employers both in business and industries are interested in candidates who can show more than just a degree certificate, graduates with demonstrated abilities and knowledge, who are able to contribute at workplace immediately after being recruited. The graduate labour market is experiencing an intense competition due to the expansion in higher education and the recent recession in the economy (Association of Graduate Recruiters, 2009). Reflective writing is therefore important in evaluating personal experience and capabilities that increases my chances of employability.
