57-03 Solar Fiji Action Project Proposal
- Introduction
Solar Fiji is aware of the necessity of clearly outlining its purposes and objectives while deciding on the target financing market. One can make certain that the fundraising techniques are suited to the particular requirements of the people we are targeting by matching our promotional strategy with the organization’s fundamental goal of the organization. The provision of resources, related expenses, and project timetables will all be covered in Solar Fiji’s thorough fundraising strategy, which will be created and implemented when the market to be served has been identified.
Solar Fiji will make use of contemporary communication methods, which include websites as well as social networking sites, to increase awareness and involvement. These platforms will be used to publicize our activities, increase understanding of sources of clean energy, and stimulate neighborhood involvement.Solar Fiji hopes to reach a wider demographic and magnify its point of view by utilizing various internet channels.
- Contribution to organization
WHAT?
I studied staff members as part of my contribution to Solar Fiji’s organisational research to see how they created thoughtful marketing strategies and other tools to make their jobs easier. This involves developing a strong brand identity and financing documents that clearly explain the objectives and actions of Solar Fiji. We have created a comprehensive content funding plan with the team at Solar Fiji that included routine follow-up.
SO WHAT?
I’ve also actively managed the company’s social media accounts, interacted with the network of fans and possible clients, and expanded the company’s online presence.A tiny non-profit called Solar Fiji works to encourage the usage of solar power in Fiji. The organization’s goal is to offer Fijian residents effective, secure, and cost-effective solar energy options. Marketing plans and tools that may be utilised to promote Solar Fiji’s activities are crucial for the organisation to achieve its objectives. The content must be created with a certain audience in mind that Solar Fiji is attempting to reach.Materials should, for instance, be created to appeal to Fijians who might have poor access to power but who would be interested in solar energy as a substitute. Additionally, educational materials about solar energy’s potential advantages, including cost savings and environmental benefits, should be developed.(Cullen, 2018).The organisation should explore the best approaches to reach the target client in addition to designing your financing plan and materials. This entails identifying the platforms that will allow you to communicate with your prospects most effectively and comprehending the kinds of communications that will have the greatest chance of succeeding. However, I should conduct research to determine the most efficient methods of reaching out to potential customers, such as through social media, live events, or other types of outreaches. As per appendix: A As you can probably see, a key component of a winning proposal is getting the financial aspect of things correct. And that makes sense if you consider it from the standpoint of the client. They need to find out how to pay for the expensive solar panels.
NOW WHAT?
Therefore, incorporating financing choices in the initial proposal provides buyers with the helpful details they need. Additionally, it may be the difference between a solar proposal being ignored by a property owner for many weeks vs being taken up right away. Regarding the various financing alternatives, there are three major possibilities for homeowners: a solar loan, a solar lease, or a power purchase agreement (PPA).
The first, a solar loan, operates similarly to conventional personal financing for home improvements in that the owner borrows money to pay for the installation and then makes periodic repayments to pay off the loan. The resident may not incur any upfront expenditures with solar leases and PPAs, but they also do not grant ownership of the system. It is comparable to renting. The owner of the property charges an annual fee to use the energy the solar installation creates, which is often under an average power bill..(mackenzie, march 2022).
As you can probably see, a key component of a winning proposal is getting the financial aspect of things correct. And that makes sense if you consider it from the standpoint of the client. They need to find out how to pay for the expensive solar panels.
Since contractors may submit proposals using precise, final-design quality measurements rather than sloppy, early measurements, Eagle View’s solar solutions like Inform Essentials+ and Inform Advanced frequently do not require further external site visits to make corrections (Love et al. 2023).As per appendix: B
Description of outline
We can help our customers with all their renewable energy demands and can provide them with unmatched experience in the field of renewable technology, which is what Langley Eco provides as a complete solution. We provide a comprehensive selection of goods, unmatched technical support, and finance solutions to meet each client’s unique demands. Its solution stands out from the competition due to its strong financial position, customer-focused approach, and technological focus (Bibi, 2022).And we present budget proposal as This proposal, which is for a single site as described above, outlines the advantages of constructing solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays and includes supply and installation costs, finance options, and gross and net returns.
So, the concept aims to:
- Cut energy costs
- Increase government Fit and export bonus money
- Cut carbon emissions
Our calculations only estimate the amount of carbon reduction you will experience over a 20-year period; as a result, any fines or fees related to these will benefit the customer.
We suggest adopting a PV system to create power, which would result in significant cost savings when using the electricity produced, as well as significant cash from the present feed-in tariff and export bonus.(PLC)
The research community and potential clients will be able to understand the work that Solar Fiji does thanks to excellent communication. To be competitive in the market, the strategy must be reviewed and revised often (Lal, Kumar, & Naidu, 2022).

An efficient action plan outlines the measures you must take to achieve these bigger goals, acting as a management plan for your company’s activities. Create an action plan after goal setting with detailed activities and deadlines to accomplish each goal. (Raeburn)The target demographic, the rivalry, preferred messaging, and available resources may all be taken into account when creating strategies and materials that help Solar Fiji stand out and accomplish its objectives (Ramachandran, Mourad, & Hamed, 2022). Other reflection-related components in this study involve the following.

Reflection on Personal Development Plan
In order to do this, I made it a point to participate in more group activities, such as giving and receiving talks, having discussions, and paying attention to and offering criticism on other people’s work. I actively participated in debates, gave and received speeches, and offered helpful critiques of other people’s work. I wanted to develop the abilities to communicate, which I thought was essential to productive cooperation, so I immersed myself in these cooperative activities. As the training came to an end, I thought back on the areas that needed the most improvement: collaboration, handling projects, and interaction. These goals were important to me personally because I believed they were going to help me become a more useful employee and coworker.I actively looked for possibilities to collaborate with others, lending a hand whenever I might, and making sure that lines of communication were always open. I realized that in every team environment, effective cooperation is essential and that honing my ability to collaborate will allow me to effectively add to and finish assignments that call for teamwork.I set out on a quest to increase my understanding of various methods for managing projects utilized in many industries, among them Agility and Flow, towards my subsequent aim, which was centered on handling projects. As the undertaking developed, I assumed more duties, such as managing my time and program preparation. I looked for ways to receive proper instruction in project administration since I understood how important overseeing projects was.I hoped to improve my skills in managing projects and become a more valued collaborator by actively participating in joint endeavors. I realized that productive cooperation depends on good teamwork, outstanding interaction, and proficient project administration. These abilities provide a supportive and effective team atmosphere in addition to helping the group achieve its goals.I accepted the value of effective interaction during the program and its function in developing connections that last and attaining shared goals. I understood that genuine and forthright conversation fosters trust, comprehension, and the free exchange of thoughts inside a team. I paid close attention to people, asked for criticism, and worked on my ability to express my views clearly in order to improve my ability to interact with others.
