It will also discuss the features which underwrite to organisational culture on and within health and care organizations. The report will also include different types of factors data to be responsible at the time of influencing implementations related to the innovation measures within the existing health care setup.
Innovation
The aim of innovation in the healthcare sector is to introduce different types of new technology whether they are based upon one or multiple. The technology will result in helping the sector so that they can easily improve the quality of the services that are offered by them for mankind. There are also different types of changes that are faced by the clear sector regarding innovations and effective applications which are based upon overall structure (Juliani and de Oliveira, 2020).
The innovation is mainly done for the improvement of the project that is aimed at decreasing the dispatch time. With the help of rising emphasis, the healthcare sector can easily improve quality along with the efficiency that is present in health care. Lean 6 Sigma is used by the healthcare sector which is the amalgamation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma that is a tendency for improving quality within organization. It includes 5 phases that are defined, measure, analyses, improve and control which is also known as the DMAIC road map.
Innovation and its identification
Timely management and communication are very important for the health care providers so that they can easily fulfil their factor of providing a high quality of health care services. Nowadays, provisions related to cancer treatment have also become very hard with the increasing number of patients and the provisions that are implying rapid care to patients.
To solve the issue there are different types of measures that are taken by the gastrointestinal oncology centre Amsterdam (GIOCA). The centre has also made its decision that the patient who is visiting the clinic on the same day will get their test report.
Lean 6 stigma organizational structure
The health care sector has introduced leans 6 Sigma that can reduce defects that have become dangerous for patients.
It is also the combination of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma which is a trend for improving the quality of organisation of all sectors.
It also deals in providing different types of standards that are based upon tools and methods that have purpose of mapping out and eliminating inefficiency so that it can easily reduce variation.

Challenges regarding innovation
It has been identified that there are different types of challenges that are faced by healthcare innovation that can affect the implementation process by decreasing the quality of services. There are different types of multidisciplinary clinics that are made by GIOCA for patients who are suffering from cancer. Sometimes, it is very difficult for the health care sector to give discharging medical reports to the patient as there are a number of patients visiting per day. It has been analysed that only 12.3% of the reports but given to the patient on the same day (Zhu et. al. 2018).
The improvement in the quality process that is served by the healthcare sector for their services have resulted in increasing the overall cost adoption of protocols frequently results. The reports that are made by the senior resident are to be checked by the medical specialists that are present in GIOCA.
For the development of the report, it is very important for the sector to involve doctors so that they can easily determine what the factors that cause delays in the process are. Including large sets of empirical data handmade the process related to the delay in a report very complicated along with time-consuming.
Application of the process
For solving the issue of delay in reports from the institution a road map is provided by lean six Sigma. The main purpose of the framework is to utilise all things which are mainly relied upon the innovation which was done in GIOCA. To quantify the problems related to the quality at the time of dispatch time they have also measured current process performance data of 195 medical reports. It was collected and appraised December 2012 to February 2013.
To identify all the issues, they have applied different types of methods to the existing system. With the help of liens exist stigma the health care can easily monitor the performance of patients. They have also started using the electronic method which is decided by the GIOCA Authority for the production and dispatch of reports (Juliani and de Oliveira, 2020).

For having effective treatment of the cancer patient, it is very important for the health care sector to have good communication and time management. It has been identified that GIOCA Has made different types of efforts by making multidisciplinary clinics so that they can easily divide patients on the basis of their type of cancer.
With the assistance of the above report, it has also given the information that for meeting the issues that are related to delay in medical reports they have used electronic method which will help them at the time of giving reports on time.
