It is also a modern process that is now used by the fir different films to get the competitive advantages and to develop a good customer base. This model helps the firm and the employees to solve the problem and to have the best control on the overall education process of the LPU.

The development of the cloud computing will be helpful for the LPU in different terms such as collect the information about the computer network, proper manage the servers, services and application as well as it will also help the firm to get the better use of ERP and the CRM software (Hashem et al., 2015).

In like manner, the collected data by the firm can also be shared by the firm for all departments of the firms and the branches of the firm as well.

As there is an continuous change in the technology so the use of cloud computing increase the efficiency in the business activities of LPU and it will also help for the students as well in order to get the quick and clear information about the course, lectures, etc of the university (Hwang et al., 2013).

Description Strategies of Customer Journey

Customer journey is a process that assists the firm by providing the information about the visits of the customer towards the firm. Sometime, firm faces different issues related to journey of the customers and not able to know what the customers exactly want.

So, in order to overcome this issue and to make an effective journey experience, there are different strategies of customer journey that are used by the firms (Lemon, & Verhoef, 2016).

In the first strategy i.e. walk through the customer experience, in this, firm will identify that from where the customers (Students for LPU) interacts with the LPU that will help to the firm to have an exact idea.

In the second strategy i.e. map multiple paths at a single point; LPU will define the single path from where the students can easily interest with the firm. In the third strategy i.e. distinguish between onstage and offstage, it will be defined that what can be the visible for the students and what will be the matter that will be behind the scene.

In the fourth strategy i.e. differentiate on touch point intensity, firm will define the all touch point by the customers (students) will be important for the firm to manage the entire work and working process (Li et al., 2013).

In the fourth strategy i.e. get feedback from all levels of the organization; this strategy will help the firm to increase the education standard of the firm and assist to fulfil the need of the students on time successfully.

In the other strategy i.e. focus on function over form, in this, firm will try to increase its function capacity rather than work on other activities of the firm (Morganti et al., 2016).

At the same time, do more than map, understand and improve is also one of the most common and effective strategy that can also be used by the firm LPU in order to make more effective the customer journey.

It is because in this strategy, firm try to increase the value of courses, education process, etc rather than work on making the map. So, it can be stated that can be used by LPU to make much better and effective the customer journey

Description and Justification of Information Architecture

It is also one of the most important parts of the cloud computing because it is quite familiar with use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Resource Management) in terms of providing relevant information for the firms.

Likewise, the use of IA will help the LPU by providing the information about the different courses related to the study as well as for the professors, trainers about the education and the courses (Moschakis, & Karatza, 2012).

At the same time, the use of information architecture will also be helpful for the firms in order to manage the security of the ERP and the CRM as well as to increase the working efficiency of the firm.

As, LPU want to do some change in its existing system and it also want to develop the cloud computing so the use of information architecture will assist the firm in terms of increase the students base and to earn the maximum profit.

As well as, it can also be stated that the use of IA will also be helpful for the firm to evaluate, manage, represent and control the facts and the figure with the full of support the cloud computing method (Pai, & Tu,, 2011).

Technology architecture

It is also a vital part that is used by the firm to meet the some important guidelines, programs, standards, different rules and the regulation, etc.  In addition, there are also different components that are used by the firm to get the support for completing the other activities of cloud computing.

In the technological architecture, there are different architecture like databases, capabilities, applications, software, etc that are quite necessary for designing the different concepts related to the all managerial aspects (Ramdani et al., 2009).

The all components assist the firm by comprises the back end platform and front end platforms. There are different things such as mobile device, thin client, fat client, etc that comes in the front end platforms but at the same time, in the back end platform, storage and the servers are comprised.

In present environment, the technology architecture assists the firms in their cloud computing system by suggesting the appropriate solutions. It is because it determines the relationship between and cloud computing method and the essential components (Rimal et al., 2009).

The technology architecture assists the firm in order to build the image of the firm in the customers mind in terms of supporting the agile network. In addition to this, the lovely professional university has need of the different components like software, cloud resources, etc in order to develop the working environment of the university with the help of technology architecture.

Work Breakdown Structure and work package decomposition

Timeline

From the above table, it can be determined that in the successful installation of cloud computing system, there are seven stages that will be followed by LPU. In the first stage, firm will follow the planning stage and in this stage, firm will check the feasibility of the new systems and also the existing system.

As well as, the risk in the existing system and to develop the new system will also be checked by the firm. In the second stage, firm will follow the requirement identification stage and in this, firm will consider the different general requirements like what are the need for the firm regarding the use of ERP and the CRM.

Additionally, software and the hardware related requirements are also checked by the firm along with this, identify the issue it the existing system is also identified (Rittinghouse, & Ransome, 2016). It is because it will make easy for the firms to have an idea about the new development of the cloud computing system.

In the next stage of the designing stage, firm will design the ERP, CRM, and the cloud base system, etc in order to develop the better cloud computing system. In the next stage of the testing the system, there are different stages such as IoT, testing the system, ERP, CRM system.

In the next stage i.e. coding, the all changes will be implemented and the firm will try to effectively manage the system by minimising the different issues and the errors in the new development system (Torggler, 2009).

It is because it will help the firm to have the better use of new cloud computing system. In the last implementation stages, the all designed process will be implemented by the firm in the existing system.

It will help the firm to reduce the existing issue and to develop a good desired and effective system. Along with the all process, the documentation stage will also be followed by the firm that will make much better for the firm by effectively managing the all system.
