There are more benefits to be a smart city and various sectors are being included in the smart city like lighting, traffic, mobility. This project is delivered by the technology company connexion and Cisco and this project is being implemented by the Hull city council of United Kingdom.

There are more advantages to use the smart city for the people of United Kingdom and this project will also help to highlight the importance of the smart city and for that rest for the world will gain more and more benefits for using the smart city. Yet, for some risks, this project can be affected by implementing the high technology in this project. Being a high technology any business organization can face some technological challenges like hackling, inauthentic existence of malware and more challenges.

Beside, No interest from stakeholder is a main problem for the every business organization. Lastly, it can be said that the Hull council of Uk can maintain this importance of project then the United Kingdom will be able to be a first smart city around the world.

There are various types of conflicts can be faced by the hull city council and the technologies company like Cisco (ROZMAN et al. 2021). The six types of conflicts are tasks conflict, value conflict, relationship conflict, creative idea conflict, leadership conflict, and work style conflicts.

In this report, the main focus is given on this part. However, this part of the report consists of the concept of teamwork. As per the opinion of Tong et al. (2021), the role of teamwork in a “Smart City Hull” development plan is very important. This part of the project is very crucial for the good execution of the project. Teamwork is a key that provides success to the owner of the key.

That is why this is very important for everyone to be a good teammate in the team and the team leader should be always a capable person who can guide and supervise the task of the whole team member unabashedly.

There some qualities of a good team leader such as good command of communication skills, high level of preferences, consistent, hard worker, positive attitude, pressure handling, quick problem solving, fast decision making, good time management, and ethical (Yigitcanlar and Kamruzzaman. 2018).

These all are mandatory skills required to be fulfilled by a person to be a team leader. These all qualities enable a person to be a good team leader. As per the recommendation of Yigitcanlar et al. (2022), only a leader can know how to manage the unity and integrity of the team by treating all the team members equally.

This report stressed the importance of teamwork in the successful execution of a task. As per the opinion of Zhou et al. (2021), for the successful completion of any task, good team management is required. A man can perform well in a group rather than doing the task alone. When it comes to the topic of huge development plans such as the smart city hull in the UK.

This is very important to all the people who are engaged in this development plan and should become a team and act like a team until the successful execution of the smart city plan.

These development plans are a very big task that includes more than 12 industries together to complete this project. In this smart city development plan technology department, rural and urban development department, water supply department, drainage department, health department, environmental department, human resource department, electricity department, architecture department, interior designing department, hardware industry, and more on (Žofčinová et al.2022).

All departments work in a team to complete the project of the smart city plan. That is why it is important for the successful completion of this project to maintain good teamwork among all the team members.

Teamwork is an important factor in building up a project successfully. There are a number of ways that help in the management of projects in a better way. The implementation of these strategies can be helpful for the management of teams. Organizational behavior is an important factor for the better management of an organization.

Organizational behavior has an important role in shopping the human resource management of the organization. A good team can be productive for better performance. This helps in getting a successful outcome for the organization as well as the team. There are a number of ways this behavior can be implemented in the organizational structure.

This can lead to better management of the team as well as its performance. The necessary part to remember is to engage all the members to get a better outcome for the organization. There are a number of facts that helps in the better management of the organisation.

Diversity in a team plays a very important role in the appropriate execution of the smart city project in the UK. In a smart city plan the diversity in the team affects the task very deeply. The diversity among the team has a positive impact on the work performed by the team. Diversity in the peoples helps in creating a wide range of perspective and understanding level to analyze any situation.

In this project, it can be said that the smart city must be needed for the world and the Hull city of United Kingdom display their idea by using the various types of technologies and internet devices and implementing this project the people of United Kingdom will be very beneficiate.

Yet, there are some threats and challenges can be occurred by the various types of technologies. The council of the hull city should maintain the all protocols, rules and regulations for implementing the project in an authentic way.
