According to Zaman et al. (2022), CSR and Corporate Governance in a business have been able to map the institutionalized systems in multiple multinational business. The IFA with the help of CSR wants to expand its reach to various kinds of businesses in various countries. It is seen that for more than two decades negotiation has played a major role in global businesses. The IFA with the Federation of Global union is targeted to expand the company borders, especially focusing on subcontractors and suppliers. It is seen that through time the scope of this negotiation is expanding worldwide. According to Holgate et al. (2018), in the case of industrial mobilization, various factors like economic, social, and political factors play a major role in a collaborative of an organization. Therefore, it is seen that the trade union of the home country also actively participates in the negotiation process. However, in this case, the aspect that distinguishes the IFA’s aim and its outcomes are the dependencies on traditional methods rather than the demand of modern businesses. It is seen that as the business is very much tending towards the globalization. Therefore, the role of this framework and the proper implementation of the framework are very much necessary. It is seen that with the growth of the industrial revolution businesses are exploiting the natural resources in a way that future scarcity is evident. The scarcity of resources will affect both businesses and the environment (Abbas, 2020). The IFA agreement also works on these issues in its agreement. The agreement that IFA framed in its negotiations is updated on modern demands and issues.
Theories and concepts
It is seen that in order to successfully implement the objects both the CSR and the trade union follies certain concepts and theories. In the case of trade union theories, it is seen that the theories are basically built on an environment basis. The value theory on stockholder helps the company to give a huge return to its stakeholders (Harrison et al. 2019). It is also witnessed that the extra revenue of the company helps it to invest more in futuristic investments and on future risks. It is seen that as the shareholders of the company get a huge return on their investment they are willing to invest more in the company. It will strengthen the relation between the company managers and the company shareholders. However, it is seen that as the company got a huge profit sometimes the company violates its stakeholders. Therefore, there is a chance of legal obligation. Therefore, in the business, it needs to be carefully implemented.

It is seen that in the business the major issues come to form issues of morality. In order to respond to the moral issue, the business theory is created in CSR. According to Atzeni (2020), in this theory according to the expectation of society the business role and business expectation are created. The business theory helps to create ethical and philanthropic responsibilities in the organization. It is seen that it is built for the wellbeing of society it indirectly helps the corporate structure as well. It is seen that some businesses are strategically deputed by some managers that are traditionally done by potential political leaders. It is also witnessed that CSR has given lesser importance to the labours of the company. However, the stressed condition of the labour of the company affects the performance of the company. The larger companies give an additional burden on the workers of the company to work more for the company. Therefore, human rights are not followed. However, in the case of trade unions, it is clearly focused on the benefit of the workers of the company. The trade unions always fight for the general requirements for the wellness of the workers therefore IFA is also more interested in Trade unions.

On a concluding note, it can be said that the engaging organization with trade unions is an essential part for maintaining the overall management and regulation of government for enhancing the margin of performance. This can be concluded that International Framework Agreements are more effective in terms of engaging trade unions compared to corporate social responsibility. This study shows that CSR is not capable of maintaining the accurate engagement of organizations as high as international framework agreements. These agreements of the international framework are beneficial principles that keep the owner of the organizations maintain the social and corporate responsibility for maintaining the ethics and integrity of the industry. The study is demonstrating the issues related to the international framework and the impact of this on the trade union and CSR. The study is also to determine the role of international framework agreement with theories and concepts. In addition, the reason behind trade unions’ superiority is derived in the study. Hence, the thesis statement is justified.
