Description of the firm context and Summary of the business problem

From the case study, it has been analyzed that Company A provides various services related to the hiring of consultants and provides cafe facilities and benefits to the customers who are in contact with Company A. The hiring consultants service provided by Company A helps the organization to understand the perception and experience of the students who experience the educational facility provided by the company. On the other hand, the objective and aim of the company are to provide food services to those customers who wanted to shop from the shops owned by Company A. the services provided by the cafes of Company A include serving of coffee, tea, and cakes that are made at home. They also serve hot and cold lunch as well as sandwiches to its customers.

According to the data and information associated with Company A, it has been demonstrated and evaluated that the market segment of Company A has been optimized since the year 2012 and the revenue of the company has made the organization optimize its marketing and business policies. On the other hand, the outbreak of the pandemic has affected the emergence of the company as most of the customers cannot go outside of their house which has allowed them to stay at home. This has allowed the company to enhance its revenue and profits as it has allowed them to provide more cafes in various places in the United Kingdom and the company has provided an enormous amount of consultancy facilities and the company has changed its strategy according to the experience of the customers during the pandemic. The cafe opens six days a week and each of the 26 cafes includes one manager and three members who are recruited on a full-time basis and they work to serve the customers and the clients who come to the cafe.

On the other hand, Company A also includes the accountancy department who has the function to monitor the invoices that occur within the organization and it includes the Human Resources department and Marketing Department that is required to recruit the candidates according to the eligibility and creativity of the employees. While in the year 2019, Company A made a strategy to develop the acquisition of Company G where Company G owns seven cafe shops in Jersey. The main objective of the company is to enhance the market shares and profitability. The company desires to make a potential customer make services that have been offered in the market segment.

From the above case study, the researcher has already mentioned that after consulting the consultancy services, the organization is ready to accomplish the challenging managerial tasks which are associated with the potential risks and uncertainties prevailing in the business organizations. Mostly the business organizations are related to the results and the managerial outcomes which can be derived from the analysis. From the prior analyses and the examples the researcher has posed out when the client has too many employees working in the organizations for each number of customers they serve, the consultancy services might advise the clients which are based on the downsizing of the plan which is incorporated with the layoff of the employees and the workers (Sharifgalieva, 2020). The researcher has finally concluded that it could not be accepted by the company management services.

It is important to identify the various strategies of marketing with the help of Process Consultant models which might have faced restrictions along with collaborations between the marketing divisions which are not established. The procedure initially becomes risky when the organization’s workload has been increased due to the effective consistency’s advice.

Self-Reflection Report 

During the lecture of the module, it is enjoyable for me to understand the difference between the two primary consultancies of the module that have been discussed, those are an expert consultancy and another is press consulting. The client required to differentiate between two models.

Export consistency is utilized where an organization leader is required to take decisions on behalf of the organization and solve the specific issue that constructed obstacles on the path of the organization. Process consultancy is facilitating the company resources that are used to find the best solution for the company. Organizations solve their issues by applying their skills and knowledge that are set to develop inside the organization. In this reflection, I have been able to analyze that company provides various services by hiring various consultants in different segments that mainly provide cafe facilities and give benefits to the customer who contracts with the company. According to the information, company A is associated with the evaluates the market segment of company A that has been optimized for several years and the revenue earned from the organization facilitates them to extend their business in many segments. On the other hand, company A includes an accountancy department that facilitates monitoring the invoice of the organization. Also, it includes the human resource department and a marketing department that needs to recruit employees from various aspects. Also, it develops strategies in order to enhance their business and capture the market. The company decided to associate with another company in order to enhance their business. From the consultancy perspective, company A has planned to build infrastructure that the company monitored that is associated with the managerial department and human rescues department that combine to hire new candidates for the organization. On the other hand, the company provides a framework and suite that allowed the company to serve the customers when they visit the cafe.

In the process consultancy segment, my work experience is related to the consultancy environment. Also, my responsibilities were the business development actions in the past. My duties in this regard are to explain our series and provide quality products to the customer which is part of the most common activity. Besides, the company has organized a conference and workshop that display about the specific worship and show our knowledge in specific fields and expertise the firms with coffee pubs. Process consulting is associated with the iterative form that guides to facilitate work along with clients to create solutions. A process of consultant that purpose to advance about the company growth and learning through the process that utilizes the primary values of the company who effectively walk along with the client. This process is used to approach and recognize the critical role that helps to learn me from the organization and ease to move forward from the organization. Also, this study helps me to listen, help to learn, embrace complexity and a process approach to consulting.

Conclusion 

According to the statements of the researcher, in the above case study, it can be formulated that one individual company ‘A’ has been providing food services that have popularly been termed for engaging the services on cafeterias and restaurant business. They have been hiring professionals where the latest and newest strategies are planned and formulated based on the guidance which is incorporated with the current situations and the plans. The research analogy has already initiated that company A has been popularly owned and managed 26 cafes which are located locally at the New Jersey location. Finally, it can be concluded that Company A is ready to face and pose the managerial issues and challenges which have led from the prior acquisitions. Hence it has asked the consultancy services which have helped to present a plan on managing the interactions of integrating the staff based on suitable policies.
