The SDG treated the respect and dignity of the employees gets the support of Net Zero Carbon in the market. The commitment is to reach the Net Zero Carbon emission in the business market in the entire world. Amazon makes significant commitments to the sustainable goal of the business. The program to reach the Net Zero Carbon is operations of the business by 2040. The physical and social is supporting the human needs for the sustainable growth of the company in the market (Dai &Menhas, 2020). All the available technology allows the business to reach the Net Zero Carbon by the year 2040. This is the essential part of the changes in policy and the investment across many sectors of society.

The Net Zero Carbon emission going to cause a massive change in human activities, the climate change needs to reduce the emission in the workplace. In recent times, environmental damage becomes the most important problem in the global community (Nurafiah et al. 2021). The huge reduction of the Net Zero Carbon emission in the US over the next decade is based on the feasible tools and technology in the business. The Net Zero Carbon emission has a huge impact on the future climate change of the business market for Amazon.

The way to reach the emission means the releasing of the Greenhouse gases into the atmosphere that has no carbon dioxide, no nitrous, no methane. The Net Zero Carbon emission means the greenhouse gases that are still released and offset removing the equivalent amount of the greenhouse gases. Sustainable development shows the system that envisions and pursues the aspiration of the future of the business (Giangrande et al. 2019). The change of the atmosphere prohibited the disruption and expensive to eliminate the sources of emissions. The way to achieve the net zero-emission at the range nationwide is considered feasible for the business.

Currently, many businesses and governments have a set of goal that helps to reach the sustainable goal of Amazon in the business. The goal helps to get the interest and support of the customers and people of the world to take the environment better for human health. The new policies and practices of the business need to be developed the SDG for the environment (Khoshnava et al. 2019). The produces greenhouse gas emissions each year with the pollution caused by the people. The amount of greenhouse gas emissions are measured as the CO2 equivalent. Carbon gas has the equivalent global warming impact as the various greenhouse gases.

Amazon wants to reach the Net Zero Carbon emission in the whole world with the reduction of the net emission by the average of the Gigaon of the carbon dioxide. For the purpose of reach to the Net Zero Carbon emission of Amazon, the reduction of the global greenhouse gas by 10% is essential. The ADG helps to end poverty by protecting the planet and make sure the prosperity of the people from 2016 to 2030 (Fuller & Dwivedi, 2019). Amazon wants to make a big bet on the capacities of the employees to innovate the new product. The climate change of the environment invites the way to join in the Net Zero Carbon emissions.

Amazon has the commitment to make sure to take the responsibilities of the employees in the workplace. The communities support the whole value chain of the business and are treated with the fundamental dignity of the business. The structure of Amazon makes sure the better quality of the services and products. The financial situation of the business focuses on the long-term investment of the sustainable capital of the markets (Jacob, 2020). The company provides the production system of the products in the way to manage the respect for the human body, the duty of the government protect the rights of the human body in the workplace.

The practices and behaviors of the company help to reach the SDG of Amazon and manage the Net Zero Carbon emission in the world. The company is committed to investing in the needs of the employees in the workplace because the workers make the products better for the customers. The success factors of the business depend on the behaviors and practices of the business in the market (Tejativaddhana et al. 2018). The Retrofit buildings are able to change the structure of the organization. The safety and healthy workplaces strive for the customer-centric approaches of the organization for achieving the Net Zero Carbon. The company provides a dafty, clean, and healthy workplace to the employees and reduces the number of greenhouse gases.

The health and wellness of the employee is the main concern of the company for reaching the SDG of the company in the year 2040. Every employee of the company has the right to get safety in the workplace with the proper rules and practices. The follow of rules and practices of the company make the best behaviors of the employees in the workplace. The concept of sustainable development needs to implement in the workplace of the company to make the business better in the market (Wirajaya et al. 2021). The company needs to invest time to plan a way for reducing the amount of Carbon in the workplace. Customer behaviors also have equal importance to reduce the use of Carbon and the amount of Carbon dioxide in the environment.

The increasing popularity of greenhouse gas approaches is to manage the practices of the business in the market. The practices of the business Amazon helps to manage the SDG of the company. The team of the company grew the popularity and become the catchphrase for the practices of Net Zero Carbon emission in the environment. The sustainable use of the biocultural diversity of the company helps to reach the SDG in various ways (Singh et al. 2020). The consumer behaviors support the Net Zero Carbon in the marketplace. The need to reach the SDG for Amazon reflects the business goal that makes the priorities of the business with every aspect of the organizational operations.

The company announced the Climate change of the production system for reducing the amount of Carbon dioxide in the environment. Amazon confirmed the way to power the operations of the company with 100% renewable energy in the year 2025. The intense competition prompted the tight time budget of the company and implement new resources in the workplace to reduce the amount of carbon (Prabangkara & Fitriany, 2021). Electronic vehicles have low running costs in the environment that move to maintain the use of fossil fuel. The investment time of the employee’s training on the importance of the sustainability of the environment, share the organizational goal to help the resources of Amazon.

The company needs to use electronic vehicles in the market for delivering the product to the customers. Electronic vehicles are the shortened acronym for the people who work in the Amazon. The vehicles have partially powered by the electronic power of the equipment of the workplace. The SDG help to eradicate extreme poverty, promote gender equity, and reduce child mortality (Lin et al. 2020). Gardening is the alternative way to reduce the amount of Carbon dioxide and increase the amount of oxygen. The implementation of the plants in the environment helps to reach a Net Zero Carbon emission for the company. The plenty of small changes make the reduction of the carbon in the environment and makes the planet better for life.

This needs to be involved in the practices of the employees. The aviator’s industry experts argue that the small number of flights can currently decarbonizes the demonstration of the SDG of Amazon.  The national approach refers to implementing the agents of the company in the market that combine the development strategy of the business for Net Zero Carbon emission (Spalding & de Ycaza, 2020). The difficulties of the company need to measure the emission of Carbon for achieving the Net Zero Carbon with the Customer-Centric Earths approaches. The investment in clean efficiency and energy has renewable energy capacity that raises up to 60% power of the world (Capron et al. 2020). The world can help to improve the amenities for the occupants of the building and increase the performance of the building to reduce the amount of Carbon. The retrofitting of the building is included in the change of the system and stricture of Amazon.

Application of organizational theory for managing SDG in Amazon

The SDG 13 helps to manage the structure of the organization to reach the SDG of Amazon, which is Net Zero Carbon Emission. The SDG 13 is considered a great improvement for the manufacturing efficiency of the business. The key objective of the SDG 13 is to “Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts” (Unric.org. 2022). Market researchers state that with the help of this specific goal, a global company like Amazon can significantly change the way customers tend to think about a product or service. The help of SDG 13 can be applied in the Amazon workplace, as it can contribute to generate the best outcomes of the goal of this SDG. However, in terms of achieving the desired objective to combat climate change, Amazon must educate and train their existing employees all over the world where they operate (Purcell et al. 2019). This helps to manage the principles of the workplace and practices of the business.

Figure 1: Key steps to achieve the goal of SDG-13 (Source: Self-created)

Furthermore, the goal of this is to eliminate the waste of the products so that the amount of carbon can be reduced. The system has gone to them multiple times to contain the waste of the products. SDG is an important part of all the companies in the world in recent times and develops the programming data for the company (Mabaso et al. 2018). The model can improve teamwork in the workplace to reach the Net Zero Carbon emission. There are five key steps to achieve the goal successfully, such as identifying the value, mapping of Value stream, setting the flow, building the pull, and seeking perfection. Through the use of these steps, Amazon can able to manage the practices and behaviours of the SDG Net Zero Carbon which is the Customer-Centric company on Earth.

On the other hand, the Theory of Change is the part of the change the behaviour and practices in the workplace. Change management is the concept that manages the system of production in the workplace at Amazon. The rapid changes in the business market make sure the accepted values of the business into the practices. The wide range of changes involves the internal tools and department of the environment management. The vision is translated into the eight goals for the development of the business and meeting the goal of the organization (Assefa et al. 2017). The Theory of Change is able to change the design and framework of the company to reach the sustainable goal of Amazon.

The theory of the change of the structure of the business is introduced for the build of success of the business workplace. Amazon sells products that help to manage the environment of the home and the workplace so the customers are attracted to the products (Amazon. co.uk, 2022). The theory is better suited to the huge scale changes of the organization such as moving the customer management from the variety of programs in the centralized system. SDGs developed the main objectives of the company with the challenges of the social and economic environment (Bulmer & Cristina del Prado-Higuera 2021). The comprehensive strategy of the business promotes the health of the employees with the various goals of the business.

The Scrum theory is based on the three pillars of the empirical thinking of the employees and leaders of the company. According to this theory, the system is visible to everyone in the team. The standards are the use of practices and behaviours of the business to reach the Net Zero Carbon emission. The international community adopts the global sustainable goal for the company with the change management theory in the workplace (Weiland et al. 2021). The three pillars of Scrum theory are the transparency, adaptation, and inspection of the business system for reducing the amount of carbon in the environment. The sustainable goal of the business focuses on the abilities of the employees to initiate the solution to the high level of carbon dioxide gas affects. (Zhou et al. 2022). The successful use of the scrum depends on the people becoming the living of the values of the business. According to this theory, the framework helps the business to work together to meet the SDG for Amazon.

Justification of the analysis

The SDG 13 has been used in the case of Amazon in order to maintain the “net-zero carbon emission”.  In this regard, it can be said that this multinational company Amazon is focused on its environmental aspects. In order to make safe the environment from their products and services, this company takes the help of UN-SDGs. With this framework, Amazon has been able to enhance its effectiveness and efficiency regarding its productivity. In the purpose of the “sustainable development goal,” this company gives stress on the use of green and renewable energy in their core part of the business, which would eventually lead to reduce pollution and make the climate better. In the process of manufacturing the products of Amazon, a huge amount of waste can be emitted. In order to manage the waste regarding its manufacturing, this company is focused on adhering to the concept of SDG 13 to make safe of the environment from a global perspective (Zhu et al. 2020). The main aim of the utilization of the SDG-13 in the case of the business of Amazon is this model strongly helps this company to reduce the emissions of carbon for its production purposes. Amazon plans to reduce its carbon footprint and use 100% renewable energy by 2030 (Shen, 2022).

Most importantly, this company takes the help of the theory of change as the form of theory in the case of SDG. This theory helps to make a better understanding of the behaviour and the activities of this company in the case of low carbon emissions. This theory is intensely related to the production of Amazon. With this theory, the changes in production can be seen inside this company. The internal changes in the process of production become too vital in the scenario of the safety of the environment in the perspective of Amazon regarding the zero carbon emission. In this regard, it can be said that through this theory the aspects of the SDG can be defied in a good manner (Reinholz, 2020). Most importantly, the major focus of the SDG is on mitigating the challenges in the case of the safety of the social and the economic environment. The focus of this fact is to make safe the environment through the production of Amazon.

Figure 2: Organizational Theory  (Source: self-created)

In the case of the decree on the emissions of carbon, there is a great role of the leaders and the employees of this multinational organization Amazon. In order to present this aspect, the scrum theory becomes too vital in this regard. The activities and the behaviour among the team of the Amazon for decreasing the carbon emissions is intensely related to this theory. This theory helps this company Amazon to make their business sustainable through the maintenance of zero carbon emission. The main goal of this theory is to make the business of Amazon sustainable without affecting the global environment (Verwijs, 2021). The managers and the leaders are the pillars who guide the employee of this organization to work properly inside this company by managing the low carbon emission regarding its aspect of production. In order to make the earth safe from any kind of environmental disease Amazon give stress on the factors of SDG so that the business of Amazon becomes sustainable with the maintenance of environmental aspects.

From the above discussion The study determined the effectiveness of the Sustainable Development Goal of the company in the world. The selected company for the study is Amazon, the retail industry that wants to reach the goal of the organization. The study helps to analyze the relevant theory for reducing the SDG of AmaZon. Net Zero Carbon is the SDG for the employees and leaders of Amazon. The SDG-13, Scrum theory, and Theory of change are the relevant theories for the business. For the purpose of reaching the SDG of Amazon, the SDG-13 model is the best model that is based on different steps.

The recommendations for achieving the SDG are mentioned below:
