Key aspects of studying in the UK along with outlining the advantages
When it comes to universities, it can be stated that the universities of the UK rank among some of the top universities in the global context. As a result, hundreds, and thousands of students from both within the country and from foreign countries flock to the UK to get admission to the country’s universities and colleges. As per Verkuyten (2018), it can be stated that due to the several benefits that students can attend from studying in the universities of UK the number of students coming from both national and international segments is increasing each year. The opportunities that are offered by universities of the UK are not only internationally recognised but also help students to establish a sound career in their respective fields. In most cases, it is seen that students come to study in the country’s university due to the advanced research infrastructure that the country has (Helmi and Pius, 2018). Another beneficial aspect of studying in the UK is the presence of financial support and scholarships that students with merit can avail themselves of. Adding to that, academic standard in the universities of the UK is comparatively higher than in most other countries. Thus, to support this aspect, it can also be added in that the cost of living and health care is also reasonable within the country while getting a student Visa is also easy to obtain for students from various countries around the world (Waibel et al. 2018). However, there is a list from which students might face it difficult to get a student Visa specifically the ones that have been linked with terrorist activities like Pakistan, Syria, and others.
Students in most cases do not have their own source of income and are dependent upon the financial support of their families and this is one of the difficulties that students throughout the world face. However, in the UK, it has been seen that students have the facility to achieve work permits after their duration of studying (Netz, 2021). A large number of students studying in the universities of the UK can be found to work part-time jobs. This is not only a beneficial aspect for the students but also supports the economy and the local markets. Moreover, the unique culture present in the UK helps in creating a better learning environment for all students including the local as well as international students (Beech, 2018). This helps students to understand and learn about different cultures while also understanding the importance of respecting the cultural diversity that exists among them. Diverse students from foreign countries are highly motivated to study in the universities of the UK (Epaminonda, 2020). There have also been issues and reports linked with discrimination linked with students coming from foreign countries. In order to mitigate such issues, the universities of the UK have taken several steps to ensure that a hospitable environment can be created within the university campus by implementing stringent regulations against discrimination (Kruse et al. 2018).

Opportunity to study in the top universities
Studying in the UK is the most wonderful opportunity for the students who are thinking about attaining skills that will help them to proceed in their professional career respectively. Furthermore, the environments of the UK educational institutes are much productive as the country has the top most reputed Universities across the globe. Such as Oxford University, Imperial College London, University of Edinburgh, University of Cambridge and many more (PearsonPTE, 2021). The institutes of the country are well known due to their capabilities in Medicine, Research and Development as well as Humanities. Moreover, there are further opportunities as well after graduation. In this relation, the government has recently announced that they will soon open a Graduate route, which will allow the country to attract most of the students for undertaking education faculties in the UK (PearsonPTE, 2021). This allows the students to get settled down along with approaching to have a good life. The UK has several opportunities in the career section as they have shortages in these jobs such as teachers, pharmacists, engineers, nurses and many more. Moreover, the satisfaction rate of living in the UK is estimated to be 6.8 out of 10 which is good for international students to consider (PearsonPTE, 2021).
Learning in a culturally diverse environment
The UK has diverse culture in the country, which reflects an opportunity for those international students to learn several different cultures and languages, which is an advantage for their professional career. The UK has several religions and it has been estimated that there are 50.7% of Christian, 2.5% of Muslims, 0.7% of Hindu, 0.6% of Jewish and Buddhist and 0.3% of Sikh (Envisage International Corporation, 2021). Different cities in the UK have several different sets of communities residing in there such as Liverpool has black community as well as a Chinese community. In London it is estimated that 35% of the population are from outside, which reflects that they are diverse in nature which is an opportunity as well as benefits for those foreign students who can stay connected with their own culture without feeling lost (PearsonPTE, 2021). However, in the recent times it has been noticed that the there has been an increase in the nationalistic sentiments among the UK who feels that they should not promote diverse culture. The following figure will reflect the increase of racist incidents, which have been identified in England and Wales.

Personal and professional growth
The students studying in the UK usually open distinctive personal and professional growth opportunities that can add a greater value to their growth in future. The topmost concern in this context highlights the achievement of quality education provided by the UK Universities and colleges (Verkuyten, 2018). With the consideration of regular inspection, potential standards of teaching and learning have been excellent for the UK universities that have eventually empowered the UK education system to a large extent. This attribute has been also driving the international students to come and continue their educational career in the UK. During 2019/20, around 538,615 international students were notified to study in the UK universities and colleges (Universities UK, 2021). These international students include active participation from both EU and non-EU countries. Around 176,101 sponsored study Visas were granted in the UK during the year ending in September 2020 (Universities UK, 2021). These statistics highlight adequate growth opportunities by studying within the UK universities along with ensuring distinctive personal and professional development.
The UK education system is reflected to provide a shorter duration of courses that is eventually helpful for cutting down relational tuition and accommodation expenses for potential students. Apart from that, the consideration of an active learning culture has eventually benefited the UK education system with a distinctive promotion of close student-teacher interaction (Jenkins et al. 2018). This innovative feature has been increasing students’ perception along with personal and professional improvement.
Adequate benchmarks are also set across the UK education system that has been promoted as the parameter to justify the effectiveness of potential students. This action has been supportive to conceptualise adequate professional development of students. Strong research infrastructure across the UK universities eventually enlarged the acceptance of the UK education system for both domestic and international students concerning the achievement of personal and professional empowerment.
Conclusion
The overall report has highlighted a concise understanding to signify different aspects of study skills and communication with respect to studying in the UK. Different beneficial circumstances can be reflected by selecting the UK for studying where the students are achieving adequate opportunities for future growth with both personal and professional development. Moreover, the quality of the UK education system has also been supportive to increase its credibility in front of both domestic and international students. This aspect has significantly increased the number of international students coming from abroad countries to study in the UK colleges and universities.
The provision of a culturally diverse learning environment has also been supportive to the growth of students. With regards to these aspects, the students highly prefer the UK education system despite experiencing the toxic consequences of racism incidents and others. However, short-term courses along with empowered research infrastructure have been enlarging the effectiveness of UK colleges and universities for providing a world-class and internationally excellent educational framework for potential students. From this standpoint, the UK education system can be recognised to be supportive for the empowerment of distinctive study skills and professional value prepositions that can open wider future opportunities for the students in future.
