Organizational culture refers to the beliefs and values that have existed in organization for a long time and the beliefs and values of the staff that influence leadership and its management (Tsai,Y.,2011).

Culture is dynamic because in any international context clarify about the fact that the employee who work in organization, comes from several regions and community.

Relevance of leadership and Management in an international context
The relevance of culture and leadership aligned with the strategy where culture is synchronized with its own strategy. The process of amalgamation of individuals from different religions, country coming together to work in the same organization, can only possible by an efficient leadership strategy. In this way, a new culture has designed to strengthen the methods of management.
In any international context, it is found that every organization has its own culture. Leadership and its well designed management helped their employee to acquire their office culture. In this article it is stated that a company can achieve their goal by its management policy and global perspectives. It can be now pointed out that the every organization has shaped its own culture that helps to justify the real meaning of management and the values of a company. This structure of management impacted the operating profits of company.
This can be seen by many practical theories which are mentioned above helps to recreating the values of management system of a company. The article clearly point out that leadership makes people united.
This study helps to state that in an organization, a leader can make an environment which helps to lure people. The study gives a clear statement about leadership and how it makes it successful in a global context.
