Plastic is a non-biodegradable substance which is harmful for both plants and animals and also it affects nature extremely by remaining in the soil without even decomposing. Moreover, the company Amazon, which is a multinational company, uses innovative technology and even methods of innovative selling of products which helps the company to flourish in the global market (Amazon. 2022). Furthermore, as the company is a multinational company it does produce a huge amount of waste which affects the progress of the company quite a lot. Therefore, the company is trying to improve the packaging system of the company which may help the company to manage the reduction of the plastic use as well as in making sustainable growth (Refer to appendix 1).
In order to sustain in the global market and even maintain the profits among the company, the company has to make sure that the company makes strategic methods in order to reduce the use of plastic for the packaging and other different uses of the company. Additionally, Amazon does produce tons of plastic wastes especially in the case of packaging which affects the environment as well as the reputation of the company highly (Refer to appendix 2). Therefore, in order to mitigate such a kind of problem the company has to make sure that the company implements strategies such as reducing the use of plastic from the packaging quite well which may have helped the company to reduce the effect on the environment. Thus, the company has to make sure that the company is able to implement various different strategies which might help in mitigating the problems of the plastic reduction.

Moreover, the plastic reduction may be quite helpful for the company as it helps the company to maintain and even increase the productivity of the company. Furthermore, with various kinds of strategies the company has been able to help itself well enough which also helped the company to increase the performance of the company and made the company increased profits well enough.
