Implementation of the project needs accurate market research, budget planning, financial resources requirement and human resources requirement. In order to improve their operational management, they implement strategies like market penetration, product differentiation, product development strategy. Key performance indicators of supply chain management have represented that they have a declining rate of performance which can threaten their market sustainability in future. Furthermore, implementing new projects for expanding business in Africa would be beneficial for Unilever.
