Gender equality in the workplace can be considered as a scheme to provide the same kind of opportunities for both male and female workers. For example, equal pay, as well as similar kinds of responsibilities, has to be allocated for all workers with an assurance of career progression (Larkin et al. 2018). This is an important aspect for elaborating skill-based assessment and can be helpful to balance work life. As a result, lower turnover of jobs is reflected due to employee satisfaction and high productivity can be helpful to get more profitability (Croft et al. 2021). Here, the major focus has to be given to creating a mind map for representing the key considerations while collecting primary data.
A Focus group is a process of qualitative research in which a trained moderator is appointed to prepare a collective interview session between six and eight participants to analyse any issue. In the case of this research, eight participants will be selected from ABC & Co. to understand their point of view regarding gender equality in the workplace. Development of primary data collection method will be ensured by using random sampling method and the employees from ABC & Co. will be collected without any specific category. Four men and four women will be considered for providing equal priority during research by asking them ethical questions.
Major considerations during focus group interview regarding the topic Gender Equality in Workplace are enlisted below:
- Firstly, the name of the interviewer has to be forecasted in front of the persons selected for the interview session.
- The purpose of the interview has to be transparent in front of the targeted population.
- Benefits for the participants after completion of the interview have to be revealed.
- The time, date and venue of the interview session will be forecasted in front of the customers to make the entire thing transparent.
The above mind map has forecasted the key consideration of facts and all the expected benefits after completion of research is here. Firstly, the consent form, as well as the information form, will be sent to all the participants and they have to fill it back within the next week. Other than this, the traditional method is not effective to serve patients better due to its resource-limited and expensive service acquirement. For resolving this issue, ChatPal has been created in various regions to provide psychotherapeutic support for all the patients suffering from mental disparity (Interreg-npa.eu, 2020). By considering a computer-based intervention, it can be possible for the clinicians to communicate directly with patients and this can be helpful to provide better treatment. In addition, Kuosmanen et al. (2021) investigated that all clients with better analysis of clinical data accept flexibility in service. Therefore, user interference can be beneficial to ensure high authenticity in design as well as its usability.
Key feature of ChatPal is based on the technology of artificial intelligence (AI) and by sending natural voice messages as well as text, customer connection can be enhanced. According to the view of Bond et al. (2020), customer satisfaction is the key aspect of any project and it is needed to prepare a customer-driven model that in turn can be purposive to ensure high reliability. ChatPal provides the space to reduce the hospital population and this is quite beneficial to provide the service for a huge population at a time (Interreg-npa.eu, 2020). In the hospital environment, the management of a huge load of patients can be impossible due to time constraints. However, for the digital health system, this barrier can be removed and it is quite effective to engage more clients in service. Kuosmanen et al. (2021) mentioned that autonomy and anonymity are suitable to process that has to be followed in case of any healthcare service to maintain consistency. In the case of ChatPal, this feature is helpful to lower the cost of the mental health service for making the prevention method more customers friendly.
Development of mental health awareness is a key feature followed by ChatPal by which it can be possible that the patients can able to understand the pros and cons of the service. As opined by Sweeney et al. (2021), home service is provided by the mentioned digital health system and this is helpful for old people to get proper recovery within time. In the case of the project, technological adaptation is helpful for all day long human-to-human service with betterment in computer literacy. By fulfilling conversations directly with clinicians, it can be possible to share the consequences and remedies can be possibly better. The project is equally effective for both the younger and older people in their mental health balance. Other than this, rural people are forecasted more than the urban people for lack of medical service in their region (Interreg-npa.eu, 2020). As a result, co-operative work is helpful to enhance awareness as well as attitude of mental health service in the UK will be enhanced.
