Introduction
In order to achieve the organizational goals, an effective business related strategic pathway has to be adopted by all the organizational management with the help of leaders and employees. In this reflective report, a change process in an organization will be described with the help of Gibbs’s reflective model and relevant theories.
Critical reflection on a change process in an organization
Description
Gibbs’s reflection model basically encourages me to understand and thinks about the experiences which I have dealt with during the situation. Recently, the entire team including me has shifted in our new office branch due to developing the infrastructure of our own office, therefore there are several difficulties which I have faced during the analysis. Additionally, through Gibbs’ reflective model, all the individuals have shared their experiences and critically reflect in a meaningful way during the analysis as well as from this description the individuals have mentioned the importance of self-analysis regarding any particular situation (Adeani et al., 2020).
Feelings
Feelings basically help me to know about my feelings at that particular situation through which I have found my strengths and weak points by self-analysis. Before experience, I feel nervous regarding the changing of work culture or work setting due to infrastructural changes of my own office. On the other hand, it may be mentioned that using Gibbs’s reflection model, the individuals find a way to achieve their strategic objectives regarding the organizational goals by improving self-confidence towards a specific task (Ibrahima et al., 2020). It is highly essential to have an effective work culture with effective leadership qualities in the new branch which motivates all the employees involving me to complete the organizational needs.
Evaluation
During shifting the work culture, I have felt the effective organizational culture has been found in new branches or not as a healthy and comfortable work culture may motivate us regarding the vision of organizations. However, I think that all the employees may need to increase their willingness towards the tasks which may provide a significant result to complete the tasks on time. On the contrary, reflection may be facilitated via experiential learning, however, it guides the users to know positive and negative points of individuals (Dressler et al., 2018).
Analysis
It is highly essential that the leaders provide a clear vision regarding the organizational objective through which the employees including I feel motivated towards tasks which provide an effective result. Apart from this, I think that all the employees may have management skills which help them to adjust in the new work culture. Developed technical skills help me to utilize these knowledge in a new office in order to finish the specific task on time influenced by the team leaders. It is also highlighted that program development may be conducted through program design development which helps the employees to perform in the new work culture (Sekarwinahyu et al., 2019).
Conclusion
After self-analysis with the help of Gibbs reflective model, I clearly understand that a strategic plan has to be needed through which the entire team feels motivated towards the tasks in the new environment as well as I have found my weak point during self-analysis. In addition to that, I feel that I have to improve my self-confidence through which I may adjust in a new work culture in a disciplined way. Moreover, through advanced technologies I may handle all my work regarding activities which help me to improve my knowledge.
Action plan
An action plan refers to a plan or procedure through which I improve my skills to meet the organizational needs. It is important that I may build my self-confidence through watching online educational videos and attending the seminars and events which may be considered as an ideal procedure to inverse knowledge. Going forward, it is important that the individuals may know the way to accumulate learning and utilize these learning for better outcomes (Okamoto et al., 2017). Along with that, the organization has to implement an auditing process through which the organization management may understand the issues and provide proper training to the leaders for effectively managing the team. The action plan against changes on process in organization may be stated below:

Recommendations on lessons learned for future change
By self-analysis with the help of reflection, I should have self confidence in myself that will definitely help me to adjust in a new environment. On the other hand, it may be mentioned that I should improve my management skills and technical skills through which I will achieve the company’s objectives in a meaningful way. Apart from this, it is highly necessary that all the employees should show their responsibilities towards specific tasks such as working in a team. It should be necessary to implement several programs through which organizational management may provide a clear vision towards the objectives. I should devote myself to increase my creativity that increases my self-confidence regarding the work as well as I should use my creative skills to tackle risks to reach the company success. The recommendations on lessons learned for future changes may be stated below:-
- It should necessary that all the individuals will work as a team in future which may not create conflicts among the employees
- All the team members should show their creativity and willingness towards a task which may provide a significant results
- The entire team should improve their technical and management skills through which the entire team performs to increase the organizational productivity
- Proper training should be necessary to the leaders through which the leaders will motivate the employees in order to achieve the organizational success
- It should necessary that the employees feel comfortable in new work culture which is possible providing by ethical work culture
- It should be essential that all the team members show unity and respect for each other which may create an ethical work setting with the help of leaders for meeting the company needs
Critical review on relevant theories
After self-reflection by using Gibbs’s reflective model, I have found that ethical corporate culture has to be essential which provides all the employees including me a comfortable work setting. Therefore this ethical and comfortable organizational culture may have an effect on organizational productivity. According to the organizational culture, I think that all the organization has to need an effective structure through which the management has to implement strategic ways as well as all the individuals including me have to show individual responsibility and independence to increase the job productivity. It is also necessary that the management needs to implement a reward system to increase the employees’ productivity as well as ethical corporate culture may require leaders who may align organization strategies with the employees (Warrick, 2017).
According to me, ideal inspiration from the leaders is to be considered as an effective tool through which all the employees may motivate even in new work settings due to development of infrastructure. I have found that inner willingness among all the employees may increase the organizational productivity as well as maintaining good professional relationships with the employees who may discuss their problems. Apart from this, I think that self-motivation is also necessary which shows one’s own responsibility towards a specific task to complete successfully. On the other hand, it may be mentioned that cultural paradigm or cultural web may depend on the company’s logos, brand values, organizational rituals which may provide a significant result.
Conclusion
From this above discussion regarding the reflection report, it may be concluded that self-reflection through description, analysis, evaluation has been explained as well as an action plan is required to improve interpersonal skills. An ethical corporate culture with effective leaders provides a vision regarding the work regarding activities through which employees try to fulfil the company needs.
