Personal reflection
The professional development plan is one type of roadmap that describes the skills, strategies, and educational system. Through the help of this effective plan, I can make a career path and achieve the professional goals in my life. With this development plan I can continuously improve my skills and become more proficient and expertise in my task.
In the working area, the main importance of the professional development plan is that as an employee it improves my performance. Besides, PDP also helps me to understand my values regarding the job’s purpose. The professional program also involves me in difficult situations and gives me knowledge on how to overcome the current situation (Beka and Kulinxha, 2021). PDP also offers me to develop my learning opportunities for developing brand awareness among customers.
Besides, this development plan also allows me as a ME I can interact with my target audience and develop a strong customer relationship. Kolb’s learning cycles explain various types of factors such as new experiences as well as the situations, give importance to the new experiences, take an idea from the existing situation, and lastly experiment with the situations.
In that context, it demonstrates that, as a marketing manager, I must analyze the customer’s perception regarding the product purchase (Wehbe, 2019). Due to this reason, I deliver various types of activities for designing an effective marketing plan and advertising. Through the help of an effective marketing campaign, I can increase public relations with the companies. For marketing purposes, I also conduct organisation events to introduce new types of produce.
With the help of the PDP, I also know my responsibilities regarding the marketing purpose that is to list up the sponsorship’s name in the company’s blogs or the content images. As a marketing manager, I also perform other types of tasks such as arranging the marketing materials and the resources for making effective content. PDP also helps me to maintain the customer databases for future purposes.
I also increase my relationships with the external as well as external stakeholders for the improvement of the company’s growth. Besides, PDP also assists me to perform other types of activities in the organisation such as implementing marketing strategies for enhancing the company’s sales rate.
I also evaluate the marketing campaign, SEO, and advertising for becoming more effective. Hence, PDP improved my problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and technological skills. Through the help of problem-solving skills, I can easily solve marketing problems and also provide a unique solution to the customer’s queries. Critical thinking skills also help me to manage overall tasks in business operations. On the other hand, technological skills also support me to adopt new technological approaches that give different solutions based on marketing issues.
Technological abilities also assist me to connect with a large customer base and catch their minds by delivering the best quality product items. In that context management skills also support me to organise the marketing activities appropriately.
