The University is expected to peruse the project for offering digital online training among students of the distance learning.
Online workshops:
University should also organize the workshops in order to enhance the learning and development of the students. This project is selected because it helps in developing the education awareness among students.
Internship programs:
This project needs to be pursued by the university in order to develop a learning environment and also enable the student to apply knowledge to real life world. This project helps in attracting more students to university and thus helps in managing growth and long term sustainability of the university in the market.
Interactive class sessions:
This project is focused towards creating the interest of the students during the online learning programs (Teller et al, 2018). This project would rather selected because it holds the interest of the students and also helps in promoting more knowledge and
It would be suggested that Cambridge University should suggest Checklist module for selecting appropriate project. It is because checklist enables the project manager of the University to ascertain that the project is fully compliant with the common criteria, feasibility and profitability.
It should be suggested that the project goal and objectives should be initially developed. After this for the successful project management portfolio, it is very important for the company to design, implement and measure project. After this, Labour for the project should be hired and identified along with proper budget goals. At the time of developing a project portfolio, University wish to convey abilities and experience. Thereby initially keeping a title page for the project management
Further comprehensive project objectives are broken down into various other units. Risk analysis should be conducted to increase the chances for successful project (Müller et.al. 2018).
Cost and time are the important factors at the time of developing a successful project portfolio management. For the selected project, there should be one week time for developing a project portfolio. However, Y exist from the project portfolio matrix mainly helps to determine the learning from the project.

There should be a divisional and project organizational structure is recommended for the Cambridge University because the faculties are divided based on different courses and sections. This organizational structure helps in proper functioning and division based operations of university.
Project Governance
Two selected project includes the internship program and online workshops for inviting new students and strengthening the practical knowledge of the students that supports them to apply in real life world (Krajewski, & Matthews, 2019). The project governance for the projects includes the following structure.
For the first project governance, Functional project structure will be developed to conduct a project in successful ways. The main advantage for the online internship programs and this type of project is consists of proper planning and development of the internship portfolios and deciding work to train recently graduated students. However, decision making used for the project are somehow cannot be managed on time (Dede et.al. 2019). Moreover, fewer stakeholders are involved in this project that affects the success of the project.
In case of another project in terms of online workshops helps to spread awareness and also helps in developing the learning and development of students. Initially tasks and responsibilities are well distributed among project members. However, there was a problem in implementing standards and government regulations at the time of conducting a successful project for the Cambridge University.
It should be recommended that formal of behaviour, ways of enforcing rules are applied in order to understand the project successfully.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that various projects are suggested to the Cambridge University along with the suggestion to use checklist approach for the project selection. Apart from this main strategies and objectives of the university are integrated with the online teaching project of university. Apart from this it has been suggested that University should focus towards divisional structure to manage operations successfully.
