Research Question 1:
1.1 Literature search relating to the research question

The literature survey investigates network reference model from diverse sources. The computer networking is the tool for communication which allows the flexible information exchange and resources between the devices by physical and also means of wireless. The networking of computer is simplified by a model for classification called the Open System Interconnection (OSI) model.
(Bora, 2016) Showed that the model OSI breaks down every function into a seven layers framework where every layer connects and communicates with the adjacent layer to it. Basically each layer offers a service to the above layer and in requests a service from the layer directly below it.
The OSI model need originated from the requirement to offer assistance in the software and consumers communication to provide network system efficient. The model OSI increase to this challenge by offering a best understanding of layers for computer networking layers and the operations by simplifying the existing present models. The model OSI main idea is to set same functions and services into single layer.
(P.SURESH, 2016) Stated that the associated layer possible a difficulty varies is grouped for network function administration and they are consistent in a appropriate manner. A model Open System Interconnection architecture developed by SC16. This research literature offers suggestion on the protocols set developed and designed in model of reference.

Nowadays, the majority of the computer networks are in use based on the model of open system interconnection. The International Organization for Standardization developed the Open System Interconnection model. It is a seven layer set in which data move from device to devices throughout the network.
(Tadej, 2019) Showed that In the Seven Layer of OSI model, the network layer provides the routing functions when the devices in the network send packet to the network devices by using the router device to connect the network using the layer 2 protocol. A router used for LAN connection which uses the Ethernet to WAN for running a different set of protocols at lower level. It helps the network engineer simple for connecting the devices and troubleshoots.
(Snasel, n.d.) Stated that In the network layer of the OSI model is responsible for the packet delivery from the end to end connection. The addressing scheme is used for identifying every devices connected to the internet is called IP address. The router works on OSI model Layer 3. The functions of router are to offer the network connection. The device are communicated by using the router .It assist the network engineer for the devices connection and troubleshoots easily.
(Alade, 2017) Stated that In the OSI model, Network layer in the Layer 3 which is responsible for the packet transfer, in the intermediate layer, routing occurs. The network layer is responsible for data formed in various lengths from the source to destination.
The model hierarchical is used for devices unique address. The networks are split into various parts and communicate to another network. The devices gateway and router is used for packet forwarding and assists the network engineer for configuration easily.
The reference model simplifies the network complexity helps the network engineer for troubleshoot easily. The OSI reference model defines how transmission of message takes place from sender and receiver in the network of telecommunication.
The router works in the network layer of the model OSI to function for providing the networks connection. The router device is used for communication between end devices which helps the network engineer for device troubleshooting in simple (Alade, 2017).
Open System Interconnection model offers an interface between the source devices and destination devices. The model for network reference simplifies the network complexity and helps the network engineer. The OSI reference model provides how messages are sent between the source and destination in the network of telecommunication.

1.3 Approach network addressing for implementing and testing
The methodology Network Address Translation (NAT) used for the function of IPv4 address space exhaust. NAT is the process of reassigning the IP address space into further by IPv4 address data of the IP header data packet in the network when travelling through the destination.
The Network Address Translation offers the security in private network by maintaining the sender privacy and IP address receiver from the network outside. It provides more flexible networking system. The Network Address Translating is used by organization private have own choice of designing Internet Protocol address without provider of service.
The service NAT on a router and gateway for two network connection by convert the private addresses into the address registered before the transfer data to the another network. It offers protection by hiding the IP address private network and have double feature of the address translation. The NAT static is one to one NAT in which the addresses of IP and the header checksum are changed across the network whole addresses.
The dynamic in which IP mapping from the private network which is unregistered is take place with the address IP of the network registered from the IP addresses registered. The NAT overloading is one to many NAT. The flow of packet from the network private to public have alter in the packet source address are changed back from the network public to private have IP address alteration of the destination (Tadej, 2019).

1.4 Justification
By using Network Address Translation, the address of IP is used to reuse, maintain and stop collapse the IPV4 addressing scheme. The Nat offers the security in private network by maintaining the sender and receiver privacy of IP address from the network outside. It provides the more flexible networking system.
The NAT is used by the organization private have IP own choice for the network designing without the service provider. The services on NAT on the router and gateway for two network connection by convert the addresses into the address registered before the transfer of data to the another network. The flow of packet from the private to public network have the source address change are back from the from the network private to public have the IP address alteration in the destination (Snasel, n.d.).
Part 2: IPv6 Addressing
2.1 Calculate and allocate IPv6 subnets by appending a subnet ID to the Global Routing Prefix
For calculating the subnet ID, the last 4 decimal number of my ID 15340562 is 0562 converted into hexadecimal number is 0232. The subnet ID in hexadecimal is 0232
2.2 Global unicast IPv6 addresses to the network interfaces of the Router devices in the Interface Address table
2.3 Device address table with Device IPv6 Addresses and Address Prefix Length and Link Local address of the End Devices
