Scope

The separate goal of the community was less than satisfactory, as the audience must have misunderstood about our channel goal and the like was reduced significantly after the youtube clip from 67 to 37 like per clip.

WBS
Any modifications are made in comparison to the old WBS in the current WBS table. We also added to the current WBS table that was missing in the previous WBS the deliverable including the coursework 1 introduction and final report. We note that the previous WBS table has no results and that after our lecturer received input, there is insufficient knowledge to clarify all 8 elements. We have therefore agreed to build the current WBS table to strengthen what is missing and to provide a better layout with details in any part of the new WBS table. After having created the latest WBS table, we realise it lets us organise the work more effectively and helps us improve the workload.
Configuration and function of the project team
When this project will take 10 weeks, our team has agreed to adopt the Matrix Organizational Structure of all 4 videos established to achieve the goal without inconvenience. The strategy of our teams involves everybody in the process in order to achieve the best outcome. Due to the increased use of resources on the shooter day the more quality of the content will be made, our members also attends classroom and shot day and as many members as possible. In addition, taking classes help team members appreciate the reasons contributing to a good project on a daily basis. Furthermore, the arrangement is ideal for our community, since the personnel, resources and infrastructure identified as team members must be shared for the completion. Our group meets on WhatsApp, and the ultimate decision is decentralized, when everyone proposes our proposal at the discussion session and prepares our team to come up with the most appropriate recommendation. In addition, our activities were divided into four key components, such as manufacturing, research, marketing and project management, analogous to balancing models, due to the scarce such as digital marketing, technological expertise and effort (2010). The tasks were willingly separated on the basis of the capabilities of the group. For instance, one person acts as a Project Officer, who takes account of the needs and duties during in the design as he or she often discusses which tasks to do, or reminds us of the current project management process. Another person can decide for all videos that are ready to be viewed such as selecting songs, cutting scenes and linking screens. The remainder of the team acts as players for all videos since each team member participates in the collaboration in our viewpoint. (Gertner et al., 2021)
Stakeholder Analysis and Communication Planned
Stakeholder research is a way to consider the meaning and trade between an organisation and people. We also split it into 3 groups that facilitate the relationship with the people for us to sustain and learn.
The internal party’s interest in creating a channel to succeed in making high money, the stars and the music producers were to the group, each component was taken into account when the campaign was filmed, and the project’s makes buying was to ensure monthly updates on either the programs and reports on one of the members of the group on their assignments, the day before. Communication Plan

Organizational and Nation Culture
The principles, ideals and standards that all members agree to are organisational culture. It reflects the spirituality and mentality of each individual and is the deciding element in the performance of a successful company. National cultures are a set of “sovereign country people” behaviours, standards, traditions and beliefs. Furthermore, Hoftstede (1994) said that cultural identity cannot but should not be understood and respected by everyone. He was also responsible for six-dimensional cultural aspects. The disparity in value means the cultural difference. We were mainly from various countries in the project, including India, 3 persons, Malaysia (1 persons), Malaysia, Vietnam and Pakistan.
While participants have a different strategy, theory, or personality, our team agrees that it would take all of them to engage in a fruitful project and according to Hofstede structure (Hoffmann et al., 2020). The three pieces illustrate our corporate culture in this project was a vision, a goal and core beliefs that were shown by a concrete aspect such as a classroom with a full project manager, most of whom participate in the film. In reality, the intangible considerations were dependent, for example, on the mood or style: each member was responsible for one section of the study, and the report could be finished during week 9 or 10, so that the report could be updated so as to include the best. MacBook Pro: MacBook Pro Intel has a 2.3GHz Intel 8th-gen Core i5 computer with a quad-core, 8GB of LPDDR3RAM, and a 256GB SSD for iMovie applications. Intel is also available. It also helps to retain the video of the project at high resolution.
Microphone Outside
Recall that you need to compliment the video with your audio quality. And if you capture high resolution 4K film, it would be difficult if the quality is awful to keep the audiences entertained. Built-in Laptop monitors and/or camera microphones normally have poor audio performance, so they cannot capture or delete environmental sounds properly. (Hoffmann et al., 2020)
Light
If they are mainly recording inside but that in dimly lit areas, brightness facilities is important. Even if you film where the ambient lights are large, the lighting equipment will affect the mood and even make the setup more bright. Stabilizer Gimbal

Software:
WhatsApp is a free messaging application which uses messaging, audio, video and images for sending. WhatsApp has a new app of the voice / video call group that allows us not to meeting in a particular event but to hold group meetings at household using WhatsApp. One personal message from WhatsApp encouraged us to cross the count of 50 subscribers. Now we went to Facebook and sent messages for our subscription to mates. The WhatsApp is not these people. The next one consisted of sharing YouTube video connections in Whatsapp and facebook if they would be an involved user, FB schedule, WhatsApp state update, etc. (Guertler and Sick, 2021)
YouTube: The online YouTube social networking site enables people to view, share, discuss and post their own content. YouTube: YouTube allows one to create a free YouTube personal site. We use this programme to import our project videos to view, post and enjoy people.
Facebook: Facebook is a popular network that enables people to read, view and vote on news and perhaps other web material. About 1 billion people are on Facebook. Our project videos are promoted with this app
Project for Microsoft:
Microsoft Word is the world’s most common project management programme that Microsoft has sold to managing projects in the creation of schedules, success monitoring, service delivery and workload analysis. We have created Gantt chart and organizational chart with this app
The tools above helped create a successful stakeholder engagement strategy, meet our planned objectives and recognize and overcome grey areas during the project phase. To meet the proposed goal, the microprocessors used is cost-efficient and efficient. In the cost assessment section of the study, the cost of hardware and software is clarified. Services were split by members of the party. ICT has motivated us, in a critical perspective, to achieve our target proactively.
Critical Path Analysis and Network Diagram
Network diagram for the interaction of tasks, scheduling activities and scheduling appropriately is a key aspect of project management. The possibilities are identified to compact the project timeline. The project’s success is a good tool to analyses as it demonstrates the order of business. The advancement and interdependencies should be established and ensure a seamless workflow is also essential when working with large teams. Two main routes, Video 3 and Video 4, were observed in the expected network strategy. Video 4 was analyzed as the key route in the network security schedule diagram. It took much longer than expected to finish the whole project with a 4-5-day gap between the current and the proposed timeline for video 4. One day before the schedule, the current timetable of Video 4 was finished. The preparation stage began on 31 May and the first video on 8 June. The second video was also prepared and filmed during this period. The second clip was subsequently uploaded on 17 June. Video 3 was prepared and posted on 16 September and 22 September. But the original fourth time limit had not been reached due to the delay incurred by the trip to Berlin. The project is set for ending on 25 July, when the final report is prepared and presented. Project Control
Monitoring and managing are the primary responsibility of the project manager. Planning and evaluation can be characterised as a method that collects all information on events to modify the originally scheduled activities which can change strategy implementation. The activity is thus crucial if the emphasis is placed on the success target in terms of time, efficiency and costs, if each project is on the way to the project objectives. In addition, monitoring also involves taking corrective measures to maintain any mission on the intended route.
Time
Time Management is the method of organizing and monitoring the time required for particular tasks to improve the project’s reliability, efficiency and competitiveness. Project and monitoring mechanism over the project duration to ensure that all operations are consistent with the anticipated plan. The table explains some more of the activity between all the scheduled and real activities.
Quality
Quality assurance is a role that supervises any activity and task necessary to achieve a desired standard. This covers the establishment and implementation of quality planning, assessment and project management.
The four created videos fulfilled the accuracy of the project objectives. Our team is committed to producing all 4–6 minute episodes, using non-legal copyright music to reach a goal of 505 viewers and 100 members. However, by achieveing 1,640 cumulative views and 76 subscribing, our team effectively exceeded this target. (Gertner et al., 2021)
Performance of the project
YouTube channel and insights is used to evaluate the success of the project. Four videos have been released within 12 weeks under frame monkey YouTube.
As of 24 July 2019, a total of 1640 impressions from the four clips could be achieved in our community. The following table summarizes a range of opinions, likes and subscriber’ weekly results. (Ward, 2020)
Table 18 shows that our platform achieved a total of 1.640 views where certain our first video received 616 views, which account for 37.6% of the stances. It also represents only a smaller segment, 7.8%, with just 128 views, as opposed to the forth video. The fourth clip is less liked by the fact that the last video has been posted (18th July 2019). Therefore, we have less time for publicity than the last video and the connection has not been shared with the general public. (Ward, 2020)
For the whole project, a total of 76 subscriptions were obtained. Most of us got subscribers because we enabled the first video very early, and they challenged our friends to connect to our channel during that same promotion. We were able to get 2,154 observations on 21 July 2019, with a clicking rate of 9.1%. (Figure 8). Printings mean the thumbnail on your YouTube website that means we could have built an enticing profile to draw the eye of YouTube customers if we want to improve the amount of audience on our website
In addition, there are 1,640 views of 720 viewers. The number of persons who viewed the images for a timeframe is calculated as exclusive viewers. The evaluation of the variety of interesting visitors helps explain the real scale of the crowd by excluding a number of views of the same database. In addition, the four videos had a total of 1,372 minutes. With which the third video was the main proportion, i.e. 37.3%, with 439 shows, of the views. It can also be inferred that our primary audience was interested in the previous picture, “Secondary school types.” (Ward, 2020)
