1.0 Primary Reflection
In the perspective of the group report, I can say that the Craft Beer Production Industry aims at making the premium beers that are defined as the largest producer with a variety of sales. As I was going through the report, I found out that over the five years ranging from 2019-20 the revenue forecast of the company has ranged at an annual rate of 8% including the growth of 8.55% in the current year. In my opinion, the craft and beer production industry is expected to perform well in the next five-year period. The growth of the firm is anticipated at the expectation of the competition that is generally saturated at the expectation of the increase of international trade (Alonso et al. 2017). I think that we should always be on the detrimental expectations of increasing the profit margin levels that can also help in stabilizing the industry brewers and can also help in increasing the net amount of capital in the organizational structural development which can ensure focusing on better efficiency measures. We know that global beer faces the greatest challenges that are ensured in determining competitive brands and the challenging business development access to the entire industry that is ensured to access the market structure. I feel that the trends in the world and its major beer market is the largest production volume that is stagnated according to the per capita consumption of the people and this also creates with the certain sector of the major demographic changes across the collapses of the major competitive issues of the attractive profit margins. I can also say that the economies of scale are less important in the competitive sectors that can also create a value chain in the different aspects of the market segmentations. I have seen that the increase in the craft beer trend has resulted in the saturated increase in the market share to also help in decreasing the net amount of consumption and the profit in the ethical consumption percentages across the different stages of alternative production outcomes (Barlow et al. 2018.). We can assure that the retail stores like the supermarkets would become the largest chain of giving discounts that can also serve as the major distribution channel in the determination of the different challenges in the process and the marginal rate of production outcomes. Thus it can also increase the warehousing costs and thus can also help in the determination of the replenishment of production and profits.
2.0 Secondary Reflection
With the course of the issues that have been discussed above, I have noticed that the organizational structure is related with the different sub-variables that contain the problems of conduct and the inefficiency to execute a certain work. I have noticed that the performance of the organizations linked with the measurement of the necessary conflict. We all know that to survive in the existing organizational structure, it is important to develop the road map that can help in determining the strength and the weakness (Lafontaine and Shellhammer, 2019). The existence of the present organizational structure is important to be developed in the different collaborations of the prerogative development of the conflicts that are generalized according to the situations of the escalation of the personal development plan. I have also seen that there is a certain difference between the influential profits that have also resulted in the ambiguity of the determination of the conflict measurement plan. I have generalized the entire concert according to the determination of the long-term production and is accordingly developed according to the potential use of the tolerance measures that can also result in the different individual differences. It can be seen that conceptualization is one of the most important determinants to ensure the strategies and the negotiation of the implementation of the resolution measures that can help in determining the modes of the conflict resolution plan. Further, the collaboration and the different levels of accommodation are also discussed here, which in my opinion seems to be the appropriate choice of the strategy that is used in the conflict and the management plan of the conflict resolution plan (Li et al. 2018). I think that the choice of the conflict resolution plan is dependent on the goals and the determination of the cooperative development that is a major plan of the corporate elopement strategy.
3.0 Future Intentions
I must say that the easiest way to improve the major optimum organizational performance for the future is to develop the thoughtful plan that can also help in developing the certain benchmarks of the chain of command behind improving the future performances. I feel the importance of improving the framework irrespective of the challenges can improve the digitization of the increasing attraction and interest of the consumers. Thus it can also help in developing the benchmark to improve the profit of the increased level of the competitor’s growth. Further, I feel that the demographic changes need to be developed depending on the certain changes and skills which are developed behind the increase of the new trends and the paths that ensure a proper work-life balance and thus can also help in ensuring the greater degree of the challenges that are distributed according to the different structures that are mentioned. We all know that the Craft Beer Production Industry and its future if not developed according to the different temporary criteria of the certain projects which help in making certain decisions according to the dissolution of the required traditional structures. I feel that depending upon the certain level of expertise. The performance can help in determining the different level of complexities of the external factors that are required for success (van and Slob, 2018). Thus the importance is necessary to be understood according to the different production levels that are generated according to the high level of the complexes. Craft Beer Production Industry need to also be affixed with the current market share that is generated in the different institutional offers that can also help in increasing the performance and would also help in determining the net amount of profit that is earned which would also be needed at different execution of the challenges.
