Moreover, this contributes to the improvement in the value which is totally added in terms of the product or service that is being offered. Moreover, customer development is a very important framework that helps to validate and identify the different needs of the customers who are very much important in the case of the implementation of the project.

The objectives are as follows:-
- To determine the various factors those are related to the supplier and the customer development.
- To determine the contribution of the customer and supplier co-development for the success of the manufacturing companies.
Reason for the co developments
Co-developing is one of the most important factors that are related to coping up with the global competition which is very much important in the world and had a diverse effect on the different types of business that are related to the customer as well as the supplier development (Ahmed and Sarkar, 2018, p. 808). The main importance of co-development is to determine or to enhance the productivity of the market which has various sectors and is very much important for the implementation of the company’s profit. The supplier has a very large scope of perception which is related to the co-development of the process which can be very useful in this case and the importance can be of many types. Moreover, co-development is a process that can be voluntary or can be based on the management in which all the different types and customers collaborate in the production as well as in the implementation of the product or the item that is being sold by the supplier and is bought by the customer. There are also some needs to improve which are highlighted in the study and the study states that the company should not avoid the various parts which need proper attention and maintenance so that the productivity of the company keeps on getting high (Dubey et al. 2017, p. 17).
Future trends
There are many types of future trends that have come in the field of customer and supplier development (Dubey et al. 2017, p. 17). For example, the digitization of the supply chain, the introduction of cloud memory to store data, the omnichannel supply chains which is very much important for the implementation of supplier and customer development. Moreover, sustainability is one of the major factors that can affect the development of the company. Growth in the supply chain can also be implemented and the introduction of the internet has totally changed the world which is very much important and lastly comes big data analytics which can be a major factor in leading the future of development (Dubey et al. 2017, p. 17).

Conclusively it can be said that the importance of customer and supplier development is very much mainstream and the person may find it quite challenging.
