The identification of the health service issues
The acceptance and following of a healthy lifestyle are one essential factor for people in order to defeat the adverse effects of diabetes. The busy schedule of modern people makes the lack of time to engage in physical exercise generally increases the chance of (Correa-Rotter et al. 2021). The normal level of blood sugar within the blood generally surpasses then it is considered that the individual is suffering from the blood sugar (Holtzer et al. 2018). The implementation of an effective strategy and following a healthy diet is essential thing in order to draft particular issues.
However, the healthcare service providers face issues in order to identify major sections associated with the patients who possess diabetics including the chances of heart attack, key issues leading to the problem in vision, tingling, pain or numbness in the hand, nerve damage, kidney issues, and gum and teeth problems. These are the significant challenges faced by the patient having diabetes. It can further evaluate the major roles and responsibilities of the healthcare service provider to make sure that the patients can get the proper treatment thereby spreading awareness about prominent diseases like diabetes.
Evidence of research and the identification of the rationale
The modern lifestyle of people generally leads to having diabetes significantly. The identification and maintenance of blood sugar are essential factors nowadays (Ghouse et al. 2020). Several healthcare organizations are spreading awareness to successfully deal with this disease by following some simple stages (Schaper et al. 2020). Several research have been conducted for detecting the prevailing cause of diabetes.
Figure 1: Estimated number of diabetics across the world (Source: Statista, 2022)
The above figure depicts the existing issues of diabetics. According to the research findings, the rate of diabetes was 537 million in 2021. This number is further expected to increase in the upcoming years and the estimated number is expected to grow by 738 million in the near future (Statista, 2022).
The current study focuses on the strategy of prevention of diabetes by following a healthy lifestyle. “Blood sugar monitoring” can be an effective approach offered by the healthcare team for the effective prevention of it. Revitalizing the efforts to control the blood sugar among patients, therefore, helps the healthcare service providers to control the diabetes level.
Suggested plan for improving the existing issues
According to several reports, it has been demonstrated that around 10000 people have an increased risk of “type 2 diabetes” and it also manifests that diet, weight loss, and exercise significantly decrease the chance of diabetes by 40% -47%.
The effective management of regular healthcare and lifestyle is needed for the overall development of a healthy lifestyle and for the successful prevention of diabetes (Board, 2020). Maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, following a healthy diet, and not smoking is needed for the prevention of diabetes (Charlton et al. 2020).
Healthcare service providers generally spread awareness for the overall prevention of diabetes for the sake of the patients. Exercise that is more physical is needed to not gain the extra fat within the blood vessel, which effectively prevents the extra blood sugar and helps to maintain a normal level in diabetics. Understanding portion size and carbohydrate counting, a well-balanced meal, the coordination between meditation and meal, and the consciousness about the consumption of “sugar-sweetened beverages” can be effective strategies for the prevention of blood sugar.
The strategic plan for the stakeholder management for the prevention of diabetics
Stakeholder management and involvement are necessary for the overall growth of the consciousness among the people. The primary objective of stakeholder management is to deal with transparent decision-making processes with the desired outcome. As opined by Carbone et al. (2019), the evaluation and understanding of a better plan and decision-making of the healthcare team can help the patient to deal with the adverse effect of diabetes significantly. Physical help can also help them to prevent this disease. The intake of the fat loss diet and the less consumption of sweets can help patients who are suffering from this disease.
The prevention strategy for diabetes includes losing extra weight, intake of plant food, in taking of healthy fat, and physical activities can be the suggested strategy that can help patients to have a hat and diabetes-free life (Al-Ishaq et al. 2019). The making of an exercise schedule and the arrangement of the proper diabetes plan is needed in this regard.
Evaluated strategy for monitoring implementation of new service.
The evaluation of the effective strategy and development of the pan can help the patients to successfully deal with the negative effects of diabetes. The maintenance of the diabetic generally enables the person to have a healthy life without any hassle (Fagherazzi and Ravaud, 2019). Effective actions should be taken for the effective prevention of it, which includes asking for support from the healthcare team; selection of the proper medical support is essentially needed in this respect.
The healthcare professional also possesses responsibility in this area. The physicians and distorts can inform the patients about the effect of diabetics and can assure them of the proper suggestion of effective treatments (Misra et al. 2019). Effective communication is further needed for the development of the overall strategy for the prevention of diabetes between patients and doctors.
