In the case of Task 1, I have acknowledged the perfect key role of a project manager who operates the entire project. As a responsible person for this entire smart city project, I can acknowledge the exact role of the manager. However, going through Task 2, I have nurtured my skills in problem-solving and the decision-making process. Problem-solving and decision making are the two key aspects of the project and I have smoothly overcome and elaborated them in Task 2.

Additionally, in Task 3, the part where the project triangle is closely described is also very helpful for me. In this part, I have acknowledged analysing the budget, time, and scope of the project and it is also beneficial to me. However, in Task 4, the importance of economic management to estimate the cost is described in a precise way. The cost estimation technique is highly necessary and significant for the Smart City OS Project in the UK.
