Assignment Sample on BUSI1692 International Entrepreneurship

Introduction:

The best way to reduce plastic pollution is through organizations like Greenpeace, which work to reduce global plastic pollution and promote the sustainable use of plastics. A paper they released showed that overfishing, the depletion of fish stocks, and the loss of biodiversity due to global warming are causing the oceans to become more acidic with time. As for humans, we cannot simply abandon the practice of plastic in all forms. When faced with the problem, some people are more than happy to use a plastic bag as a barrier or a shield against unwanted intrusion. Another group known to resist plastic in all disposable and reusable containers can create reusable containers. Many of the standard plastic containers and bags are plastic and have little to no function, and are often the downfall of reusable bag-based reusable bags (Gene Quinn, 2021). These types of containers have several disadvantages compared to the more traditional furnaces. The environmental impact of plastic waste has a definite biological cause, but the real threat comes from the amount of plastic on land and in oceans. The use of plastic, particularly reusable plastic, affects many organisms, especially plants and animals. The plastic acts as a barrier, preventing organisms from passing into or through the surrounding environment. For this reason, plasticity affects all organisms, from fish to humans. Plastic does cause environmental harm. However, it may cause damage in terms of the environment. For example, when plastic is broken down, some particles are released. These particles may contain nutrients. They may also contain toxic chemicals (Ian Tiseo, 2020). If plastic particles are removed, humans can accumulate these poisonous chemicals in the body. Although there are ways to avoid the problem of ingestion, there is no one method to prevent plastic ingestion. It is estimated that plastic particles present an unacceptable risk to people and the environment because they contain many toxic chemicals. Global plastic waste produced approximately one million metric tons, equating to nearly two million metric tons of wasted plastic material.

The central concept of this topic:

The primary goal of this business concept is to collect unwanted plastic for recycling. We would have decreased plastic waste while simultaneously saving marine and land-based animals. If we take plastic bags out and then put them in reusable bags, we would save the planet. However, to make that happen, we need to make recycling a cost-effective option. We will face several challenges in this approach, including the fact that the cost of plastic packaging is more than plastic films, paper, and paper products (Jaclyn Robinson, 2021). The second challenge is to get the government and other stakeholders to approve the packaging to include the recyclable part. The third challenge is to ensure data collection has the proper legal framework and data use regulations are understood. To collect the plastic to place in a plastic bag, we must know where to locate the waste. With all the plastic being thrown away from trash bins, this would be very challenging. In addition, it would cost a lot, but it would also make the management of the plastic waste problem very difficult. After all, we could give these bags to a local organization, and they could use them to create reusable bags that would be more durable and easier to recycle (Larry West, 2020). Of course, not everyone is willing to spend the extra money on a reusable bag and then have the organization replace it. Another solution is for the organization to rent the bags out from time to time and each month pay for a bag that is empty when it isn’t. These bags can then be recycled to create reusable bags that will last a long time. This is important for some eco-friendly reasons too. People’s disposable consumption of plastic products is increasing in numbers (the UK alone has reached more than 600 million plastic items), and some of these are already being broken down for reuse in alternative uses.

Impact on society:

Recycling at the scale used in the proposed facility will also have an economic impact on surrounding communities. It will ensure local employment and local tax revenue are reaped in all areas around the plant. In addition, this recycling plant, along with the related programs and services it performs, allows for the expansion and expansion of the company’s market presence. There will be a demand for recyclables and products, which will drive a more diverse supply chain. These are all good things that a community needs and should support. I am pretty convinced that with continued community support and industry involvement, there is a possibility of encouraging reuse to the extent possible. This is a simple example of positive direct economic impact (CHEN, FU-CHIANG and SHIH-HENG 2018). The energy is being saved by not just the plant but the people of the community, who have the opportunity to install the plant and reap the benefits that it brings. A second significant benefit of using a bag-stamp system was the ease of use: the bearer did not need to carry an extensive manual. Furthermore, it meant that when goods were lost or stolen, the authorities could collect the evidence quickly and then turn to the local store or factory for further analysis.

A significant drawback to plastic bags is that it means that waste was left on the roadside. The residents will sell and exchange the recyclable material with other areas to support their businesses. The recycling plant will also allow for the distribution and consumption of green material from the community and the waste it takes to produce these materials and raw materials. The town will have a solid economic base for its businesses to provide jobs and livelihood. It will also grow by creating more jobs, thereby creating more prosperity and peace within society. The problem is that the Federal government is currently running a massive social engineering program, and it intends to steal identity information from individuals. Overfishing is a significant problem (Jaclyn Robinson, 2021). In the oceans, fish eat the plastic that the plastic contains, then reproduce and live out their lives. This leads to a severe imbalance of resources that leads to overfishing, increasing the rate of ocean temperatures that melt plastic and the growth of sea-level rise. There are also an increasing number of studies that show sea level rise will be a severe problem in decades to come.

The difficulties that the startup faces:

The raw material is used at the plant for its sole purpose of manufacturing, but it is then left in the factory for transport to the factory. For example, consider the production process of a plastic tank at the factory. The entire factory is used for this production; when it reaches the production line, it goes into a recycling process to be reconditioned, reused, and placed in a particular bin for further recycling. This recycling process takes around 4,000 plastic tanks to be recycled. Plastic waste, as a material, is an issue of significant concern to the environment. An analysis of the waste from various countries and the United Kingdom and Europe revealed that over 70 percent of the plastic in the world has ended up in the oceans or the oceans has ended up on land. For all of these reasons, I recommend using plastic waste as a recycling source for new plastic packaging. Another issue that needs to be considered is where the energy is sourced. Even so, in the near term, many companies may find the use of energy-efficient microprocessors to be more cost-effective than traditional manufacturing processes. For instance, some communities collect plastic bins and store recyclable paper. Others put it in a can. For each container, the community determines what other compartments will be taken. Some crates are tiny and have many uses; others may come only once.

A waste collector can place many recycling bins on the street and many trash receptacles in the community. But the collection and reuse of reusable materials must be coordinated to enhance public health, safety, and welfare (KRISTINA, CHRISTIANI and JOBILIONG 2018). This can be a severe problem because large amounts of plastic debris can be scattered everywhere and block roads and create a danger to humans and society. The amount of plastic material used in a typical garbage disposal system varies greatly. For instance, waste from a residential recycling operation may be used for waste management or recycling, while waste from a commercial or industrial recycling operation may be discarded. Each disposal system used is unique and is the product of its manufacturer and the organization’s specific needs. A disposal system can include the hardware, a storage device, the media, and the cooling system that supplies the heat.

The system requires a power supply, but because the system is centralized, its total power may not be necessary for maximum performance. When proper techniques are used, a wastebasket of a system is usually created. This is a significant problem in many areas such as airports, shopping malls, and military bases. In some cases, a waste-collection site may not separate between plastic waste and other garbage (CHEN, FU-CHIANG and SHIH-HENG 2018). The disposal of plastic waste can also be one of the significant challenges in specific industries, such as paper and paperboard manufacture and storage. Another critical issue is that people throw away plastic bags to pose a substantial problem. The problem can be even more severe when plastics are used to make products. For example, the European Union launched the first voluntary recycling guidelines.

Defending the business concept:

The market’s growth is due to the availability of new reusable products. It is predicted that by 2025, plastic recycling will be the largest market in the world. Several products are currently undergoing rapid development and deployment on a large scale to increase recycling. Emerging technologies such as reusable packaging, micro-molding, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) have essential components for these reusable packaging processes. It is also helpful to know if the items ordered will fit together well. I will need to secure this company idea by obtaining legal rights to preserve the unique information about my creativity and the aesthetic of the things. I will make it from recycled plastics. Business ideas are not patentable, but copyrights will preserve the innovation’s creativity (Larry West, 2020). Patents protect inventions, and in my situation, I’m not inventing anything; instead, I’m inventing items comparable to those previously created. Copyright will safeguard my expression of the business concept of establishing a plastic recycling facility. It requires me to turn the idea into a tangible form, such as a photograph or a piece of writing, to back up my claim if necessary. I’ll also employ a design trademark to set my products apart from the competition. Some of the details of my strategy will be kept private. Intellectual property includes confidentiality.

Exploring international marketplaces:

The consequences of plastic pollution can take corrective action by installing protective measures. I want them to know the cost of taking that disciplinary action and the consequences of not doing so. The bottom line is that we need to have a plan. We want to do the analysis and write it down. We want to develop ways to make money from the revenue and profits. I want to use that plan to reduce costs to the minimum. A big part of that reduction is cost reductions by employing fewer people. The last item on the PPS can come in the form of more automation to manage the environment of infrastructure. In a production environment, things are automated, so there is no point in having teams doing the manual work and keeping a log of them (MaRs Startup Toolkit, 2019). To begin, I will import my products into other markets to generate income to establish facilities in other countries. More recycling operations will help create jobs and increase the popularity of the things I’ll be manufacturing. Another option is franchising; I’m considering launching a brand in international markets.

I will engage brand ambassadors to ensure that our recycled products reach the market and purchase. Foreign direct investment can also be used to expand internationally. The automation can come from automated applications that manage things just to be done as automated as is necessary. When plastic pollution is in the environment, plastic pollution in the air is high. People with low levels of plastic pollution tend to live in communities where plastic is produced and disposed of in landfills, incinerators, and other facilities. People with very high plastic waste tend to live in cities (HALIDI, MUSHI and NKANSAH-GYEKYE, 2017). The environmental consequences of disposing of large amounts of toxic waste are far more significant. I believe recycling is essential to developing the next generation of products, especially plastic products. I think the cost of disposing of polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride foam is between 5–20% cheaper than disposing of PVC and polyethylene. For recycling, I hope this study will help you understand that plastic waste is a significant part of our environment and better understand and recycling efforts.

Conclusion:

One recent study found that the ocean is the primary source for about 85 percent of all plastic pollution. For this reason, more people are now using the sea for recreational purposes, which has led to a rise in plastic pollution and the harmful effects on our ecosystems, such as those caused by dune buggers, which we will discuss in this. Ocean currents, especially those traveling along the ocean surface, carry a wide range of gases, especially carbon monoxide, that could endanger human life. Pesticides are a crucial part of a wide range of problems, including the issues we face in the oceans, which affect the behavior of creatures that live in a plastic-rich environment (Larry West, 2020). Our climate is rapidly changing, and we have less and less time each year to make small changes. Our energy and other resources are inexorably linked, and this has become an issue that is more urgent than ever before. Plastic pollution has become the primary threat of causing adverse effects from global warming, floods, and other hazards. However, manufacturers can stop the spread of plastic pollution by creating more plastic waste recycling plants. The problem cannot be completely controlled, but the solution is recycling, and organizations are making inroads in this arena.
