Introduction
Qualitative research task is a methodological approach using which individual information from non-numerical data sources (Sawatsky et al. 2019). This study is going to highlight the actions of interviewers and segregate their positive and negative essence from them in an appropriate manner.

During the session, it is witnessed that the interviewer was leading her interviewee based that can be remarked as a very much negative approach for an interviewer. Moreover, apart from asking subjective questions, this interviewer often was asking irrelevant questions to the interviewee. Hence, it was creating discomfort for her due to which quality of her provided answers was getting affected.

No, the way the interviewer ended the interview was not appropriate owing to which quality of the interview was hampered. In case of a subjective interview, the interviewer by stating a thanking note should end a session. However, in case of this interview process, it is observed that the interviewer even after thanking the interviewee was quite confused and asked her about if she is intending to answer some more areas or not. This gesture is very much inappropriate and was not up to the mark.

In case of qualitative training evaluation interview, it is observed that the interviewer while addressing the interviewee was very generous. The interviewer throughout the interview process was up to the mark and while asking questions was straightforward. She while asking questions to the interviewee was much attentive and focused towards maintaining her grounds. However, it has also witnessed that she also has asked some questions that were directly not linked with objectives but at the same time were very much subjective. Hence, it can be stated that the interviewer was very attentive based on which from the middle of the process she was able to detect additional questions.

In case of this interview process, it has observed that the interviewer thanked her interviewee and asked her for feedback about the process and programme. Participants Observation
Participant’s observation can be elaborated as a methodological approach that foregrounds the daily activities of participants in an effective manner. In other words it can also be stated that because of participants’ observation process, researchers by being a part of participants’ daily life observes their legitimate conditions (Kirikçilar and Yildiz, 2018). The advantage of this aspect is that due to participant’s observation a researcher cannot affect behaviour of groups. Hence, conducted activities are developed and maintained in a flaw full manner. Furthermore, because of this aspect a researcher is also able to acquire detailed information about groups. In contrast to these advantages, it is also witnessed that there are some limitations of this methodological approach. Owing to this scenario, developing openness with a group has disrupted in a negative manner and hence researchers have to obtain information just by witnessing an event.
Overt and Covert Participant Observation
As per the observation of Roulet et al. (2017), overt participant observation using which an individual researcher by becoming a part of a group is able to conduct a research process.
