Learning from engaging with MBA skill centre classes
The skills that I have gained through the MBA skill centre classes include developing my cognitive ability that benefits me in undertaking decisions contributing towards the organisation of the organisation. Furthermore, the cognitive ability learning that I have gained through the MBA classes help me in developing my mental capabilities as a result of which grows my analysis skills. Developing my cognitive skills also benefits me in growing my knowledge and learnings as a result of which it contributes towards my professional development (Radulović & Stančić, 2017). Furthermore, during the MBA skill development class, I have also learned about developing my leadership abilities. Growing my leadership abilities benefits me in directing the activities of each employee based on their skillsets so that better performance within the organisation can be retained. Leadership skills of mine also benefit me in arranging all of the activities in a highly structured and coordinated manner that contribute towards my interpersonal development (Grant & Goodman, 2018). Moreover, during the MBA class, I have also developed my skills of situational based thinking. Growing my situational based thinking skills benefits me in analysing the situation and then taking decisions that contribute towards the growth of the overall business. Learning during the MBA classes I have also learnt about developing communication skills (McDonald, et al., 2020). Growing the communication skills benefits me in building a positive relationship with the team members so that the best decisions can be undertaken to contribute towards achieving the overall organisational development.
