In modern days, people are highly drawn towards the digitalised things and many prefer to read e-books rather than studying books. Hence, selling e-books would be great for Pan Macmillan to attract higher number of customers. It is one of the very well-known book publishing companies across the world. Pan Macmillan has a total of around 500 superior employees that give complete potential to improve publishing quality. The company operates in countries such as South Africa, Australia, India and UK. The company has a huge fan base due to its quality of publishing books and articles that easily attracts customers towards the organization’s works.
Projects analysis and scenario
Projects and scenario analysis of Pan Macmillan is necessary for their comparison and explore different plan selects which is the suitable one. Hence Pan Macmillan is a profitable organization so they have to pay more attention to taking any projects which they can complete successfully. As cited by Fossum et al. (2019), by the application of scenario analysis companies can take competitive advantage from the market which is helpful for them to run many education-related activities. Hi-tech devices provide a library of knowledge in the pockets of the customer and which is easily accessible. Availability of good devices is a common thing in modern era which open more scope for Pan Macmillan to get customers who prefer to read books through internet. For this reason, their sales and their market share in the education business are shrinking day by day. In a record margin of customer reduction in some recent years, their share fell almost 60% in the market. To overcome these challenges Pan Macmillan decided to convert its all paperback into digital eBooks.
Projects advantages and disadvantages
Advantages
Understanding the cost of the project is effective to enhance some basic opportunities of the project. Cost effectiveness is more beneficial for the company for their better understandings of the customer interests and reduce the products price. Disadvantages
Some disadvantages are reducing some basic performance of the project and adoptive market technology does not improve overall project performance. In every project future opportunities are most important and some basic ideas are developed to enhance project opportunities. Sometimes unclear budget planning does not provide accurate knowledge and that enhances the basic cost of the project.
