ECS7003 Literacy, Class and Culture Assignment Sample 2023

Introduction and rationale

In this age of extreme advancement and technological changes and also influence every social institution and such type of issue is becoming predominant and systematic over a decade. Technology has seen a massive and rapid development in the educational segment with increased accessibility and efficiency in sharing of knowledge. Primary schools as well as senior secondary and universities, all education providers have started to use technology in imparting education and has thereby led to the development of a new segment called the e-education or edu-tech segment. With fast internet, an understudy keen on learning software engineering can take the course online in a school that does not have the financial plan or an employee with the proper aptitudes to show the course (Means, 2010). With portable information assortment instruments and online joint effort stages, understudies in a remote geographic zone examining neighbourhood wonders can team up with peers accomplishing comparable work anyplace on the planet. Also, a school with availability however without vigorous science offices can offer its understudies virtual science, science, life systems, and material science labs offering understudies learning encounters that approach those of friends with better assets (US Department of Education, 2017). Besides, understudies occupied with exploratory writing, music, or media creation can distribute their work to a wide worldwide crowd paying little heed to where they go to class. The fundamental method of reasoning of the exposition is to discover how the innovation empowered learning situations permit less experienced students to get to and take an interest in specific networks of work on, graduating to progressively complex exercises and more profound cooperation as they gain the experience expected to become master individuals from the network (Blackwell et al. 2013).

Expanded availability additionally builds the significance of showing students how to become capable advanced residents. We have to manage the improvement of skills to utilize innovation in manners that are significant, gainful, aware, and safe. For instance, helping understudies figure out how to utilize legitimate online behaviour, perceive how their own data might be gathered and utilized on the web, and influence access to a worldwide network to improve their general surroundings can help set them up for effectively exploring life in an associated world. In any case, inquire about has demonstrated both positive and negative impacts on understudy accomplishment through the usage of innovation (US Department of Education, 2017). The principle issue is that there is no examination on the influences that innovation has on understudy accomplishment and how the innovation appropriation enables the student with chance to connect with the substance, to characterize learning objectives, and investigate new understandings through legitimate, testing errands. So another justification is to investigate the basic perspectives in regards to the positive and negative parts of innovation as they have not generally been promising inside the instruction section or successful in different faculties. Innovation is a device that should improve understudy learning and accomplishment. Innovation influences understudy accomplishment in positive and negative manners. There are numerous devices that can increment or diminishing an undergraduate’s capacity to need to accomplish work in the homeroom like number crunchers, PCs, programming, and so on (Rashid and Asghar, 2016). Different types of innovation can be an upgrade to graduate students adapting however can likewise be a brace that may obstruct an understudy’s information on essential abilities. A significant objective of the training framework is to make authority students out all things considered and to expand their inspiration to learn. Thus the essay will critically explore the aspects of technology in education and literacy.

Critical Literature review

Theory of social constructivism and sociolinguistic theory in education and literacy

Gathering shreds of evidence in regards to examining the importance of social constructivism within the system of education and literacy aim towards overall development that are directly related to the growth of individuals through the help of social constructivism (Barak, 2017). The theory also explains about enhancement about academic learning and scholarly skills but also to develop moral behaviour of attitudes, values, norms, and behavioural traits that increases the educational system and literacy among individuals and society. Examining the theory of social constructivism critical information has been gathered that laid enhancement towards developing social and interpersonal skills along with developing communication with learners and trainers (Armstrong, 2019). On the other hand, the sociolinguistic theory is referred to as the descriptive study that affects all aspects of the society that includes cultural norms, expectations along with context. Besides, the explanation of the theory also explains about the languages that are being used along with identifying the usages of languages within the society (Flubacher & Del Percio, 2017). The shreds of evidence gathered in regards to sociolinguistic also explain the fundamental concepts that include speech community where the languages that are being used while communicating with the individuals are being examined and determined. Furthermore, the theory of sociolinguistic is also being examined that explains the social network that is being built among the people to measure the cooperativeness and cultural imparity that are being maintained within the society (Winch, 2016). Again, the theory of social constructivism also focuses on the interdependence of social and individual processes so to formulate knowledge once the understanding related to social and cultural factors are being reviewed. Interpersonal analysis plays a crucial part in the theory of social constructivism as it helps in examining how cognitive along with learning gets strength by the means of discursive analysis. The application of sociolinguistic theory within the educational system and literacy help in better understanding the relationship between the educational system and literacy. The application of theory within the educational system help in making necessary improvements that develops curriculum which increases cultural and linguistic diversity among the students.

Again, the shreds of evidence gathered concerning the theory of social constructivism critical information have been gathered that points out about the lucid understanding that has been obtained through learning communities. The theory explains the knowledge that is being constructed by the learners that include their thinking, wisdom, and judgment that increases the educational system and the growth of literacy rate within the society (Van Hover & Hicks, 2017). The theory also explains knowledge that is based upon an experience that explains theoretical and conceptual development. Undermining the theory it has also been noticed that individual undergoes through numerous experiences during his life that makes them eligible in acquiring knowledge based on these experiences. Analysis of the theory related to social constructivism also states that teachers also play a critical part in terms of imparting knowledge among the individuals where they provide knowledge and experiences along with help in growing personal experiences that significantly grow the educational system and literacy (Stigmar, 2016). Social learning also aims towards developing an educational system and literacy that includes meeting with people belonging from different cultures, languages, and other social norms that directly impacts on their social learning and interpersonal interaction to culminate knowledge amongst the individuals. However, The theory of sociolinguistic also explains about the various teaching methods along with different literacy practices that are being offered to the students to improve the educational system and literacy (Watson, 2018). The theory of sociolinguistic also explains about the various teaching methods along with different literacy practices that are being offered to the students to improve the educational system and literacy (Watson, 2018). The theory of sociolinguistic also explains about the various teaching methods along with different literacy practices that are being offered to the students to improve the educational system and literacy (Watson, 2018).

Factors impacting technology adoption in education

While school and region pioneers regularly influence information for dynamic, many despite everything need backing and better instruments so they can get constant data on how systems are functioning through thorough, snappy turnaround assessments of innovation (Lin, Huang, and Chen, 2014). Numerous schools don’t yet approach or are not yet utilizing innovation in manners that can improve learning every day, which underscores the need guided by new research to quicken and scale up selection of viable methodologies and advancements. Schools and locale that are concluding how to join instructive innovation in understudy learning ought to effectively include and connect with families during early turn of events and execution of their advanced change. Scarcely any schools have received methodologies for utilizing innovation to help casual learning encounters lined up with formal learning objectives (Baek, Jung, and Kim, 2008). Supporting students in utilizing innovation for out-of-school learning encounters is frequently a botched chance. Numerous pre-administration instructor training graduates feel ill-equipped to utilize innovation to help understudy learning as they progress to educating and utilizing innovation viably in the study halls. Evaluations approaches have advanced yet don’t utilize innovation to its maximum capacity to gauge a more extensive scope of wanted instructive results, particularly non-psychological abilities (Lin et al. 2014; Baek et al. 2008). The emphasis on giving Internet access and gadgets to students ought not to eclipse the significance of getting ready instructors to educate viably with innovation and to choose drawing in and important advanced learning content. As understudies use innovation to help their learning, schools are confronted with a developing need to secure understudy protection persistently while permitting the proper utilization of information to customize learning, advance research, and picture understudy progress for families and instructors. System security is a developing worry as web available school information, the executives, and learning frameworks become increasingly universal and as the refinement of assaults on school systems develops, including the utilization of ransomware (US Department of Education, 2017).

Unlike other studies and researches Howard, (2013) and Rehmat and Bailey, (2014) have depicted technical qualities or property that impact the choice to embrace an advancement just as client attributes, content attributes, innovative contemplations, and authoritative limit as components affecting ICT reception and combination into educating. Besides, a few scientists like (Kim et al. 2013) recognized the selection affecting elements as educator level, school-level and framework level. Instructors’ combination of ICT into educating is additionally impacted by hierarchical variables, mentalities towards innovation and different elements and some case that mechanical, individual, authoritative, and institutional elements ought to be viewed as while looking at ICT reception and coordination. There are likewise factors recognized by Shifflet and Weilbacher, (2015, for example, institutional help just as miniaturized scale factors, for example, instructor ability impacting the utilization of internet learning in secondary schools. Once more, Tondeur et al. (2017) contends that individual qualities, for example, instructive level, age, sexual orientation, instructive experience, involvement in the PC for instructive reason and mentality towards PCs can impact the reception of an innovation. Uerz, Volman, and Kral, (2018) shows that educators are beseeched to receive and coordinate ICT into instructing and learning exercises, however instructors’ readiness to incorporate ICT into instructing decides the viability of the innovation and not by its sheer presence in the study hall. The perspectives of instructors towards innovation significantly impact their selection and mix of PCs into their educating. Tondeur et al. (2017) further illuminates that tension, absence of certainty and ability and dread regularly infers ICT takes a rearward sitting arrangement to ordinary learning instruments. In this way, a comprehension of individual qualities that impact educators’ selection and incorporation of ICT into instructing is important.

Research has demonstrated that instructors’ mentalities towards innovation impact their acknowledgment of the helpfulness of innovation and its combination into educating (Foulger et al. 2017). Another overview by EU Schoolnet, (2010) on educator’s utilization of Acer netbooks including six European Union nations, an enormous number of members accepted that the utilization of netbook had positive effect on their learning, advanced individualized learning and assisted with protracting concentrate past school day. In any case, proof recommends that modest number of educators accept that the advantages of innovation are not unmistakably observed. The overview uncovered that a fifth of European educators accepted that the utilization of innovation in instructing didn’t profit their understudy learning. A study of UK instructors likewise uncovered that educator’s inspiration about the potential commitments of innovation was directed as they turned out to be fairly increasingly irresolute and now and then far fetched about explicit, current focal points. Instructors’ PC experience relates emphatically to their PC mentalities. The more experience instructors have with PCs, the almost certain that they will show inspirational mentalities towards PCs (McKnight et al. 2016). Positive PC mentalities are relied upon to encourage PC mix in the study hall. For effective change in instructive practice, client needs to create uplifting perspectives toward the advancement. To effectively start and actualize instructive innovation in school’s program relies unequivocally upon the educators’ help and mentalities. It is accepted that if instructors saw innovation programs as neither satisfying their needs nor their understudies’ needs, all things considered, they won’t incorporate the innovation into their educating and learning (McKnight et al. 2016; Tondeur et al. 2017). Among the elements that impact fruitful combination of ICT into instructing are instructors’ perspectives and convictions towards innovation.

It was likewise found by Ghavifekr et al. (2016) and Nikolopoulou and Gialamas, (2015) educators refered to instructive and pedantic capabilities as noteworthy variables if powerful and proficient instructive mediations are probably going to be executed. It has additionally been accounted for that various perspectives in regards to the most significant abilities for educating with ICT where the accomplished and new instructors focused on the requirement for specialized aptitudes and disposition, the creative educator’s accentuated educational plans and pedantic skills and the understudy educators refered to specialized capability and academic productivity as critical to incorporate ICT in instructing and learning forms (McKnight et al. 2016). Then again, PC self-viability as PC trust in ability and studies uncovered that educator’s fitness with PC innovation is a key factor of viable utilization of ICT in instructing. Likewise, imaginative educators are connected the impression of trust in utilizing ICT with the loss of dread of harming the PC and at the equivalent having supreme power over the PC (Nikolopoulou and Gialamas, 2015; McKnight et al. 2016). Be that as it may, they revealed a lot of accessible chance to work and practice ICT, backing of experienced educators and preparing as ideal conditions for picking up trust in ICT use.

Criticising the effects of technology in education

Learning standards rise above explicit advancements. In any case, when painstakingly planned and astutely applied, innovation can possibly quicken, enhance, and grow the effect of incredible standards of learning (Sevillano-Garcia and Vázquez-Cano, 2015). Ruler and Boyatt, (2015) contends this is on the grounds that the way toward learning isn’t straightforwardly recognizable; the investigation of adapting regularly delivers models and ends that develop across time. The proposals in this arrangement depend on ebb and flow suppositions and hypotheses of how individuals learn even while instruction analysts, learning researchers, and teachers keep on moving in the direction of a more profound comprehension. Learning standards rise above explicit advancements. Be that as it may, when deliberately planned and astutely applied, innovation can possibly quicken, intensify, and grow the effect of ground-breaking standards of learning (Uerz et al. 2018). Since the way toward learning isn’t straightforwardly noticeable, the investigation of adapting regularly creates models and ends that advance across time. The proposals in this arrangement depend on ebb and flow suspicions and speculations of how individuals learn even while instruction specialists, learning researchers, and teachers keep on moving in the direction of a more profound comprehension. Sevillano-Garcia and Vázquez-Cano, (2015) further expressed that innovation can help arrange learning around certifiable difficulties and undertaking based getting the hang of utilizing a wide assortment of computerized learning gadgets and assets to show competency with complex ideas and substance.

However, Olaore, (2014) argues about the utilization of innovation in instruction and there are huge costs included and less fortunate understudies and instructive foundations may wind up being burdened. This is regularly alluded to just like a factor in the computerized partition. Understudies, and now and again educators, can get snared on the innovation angle, instead of the subject substance. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and other web-based social networking organizing locales can be an interruption to living and learning in reality. Publicists exploit the huge information that exists in the interface of clients of these systems administration locales and market their different products and enterprises to the clients (Yusuf, 2005). Instructive organizations are not with the exception of from this advertising exertion of the huge information houses, for example, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and others. There are administrations intended for the establishments offering them free Internet facilitating and information extra room in the cloud in return for access to their information accessibility for investigation and publicizing. It isn’t hard to track down many negative impacts in the utilization of interactive media innovation using mixed media innovation in instructing, long haul tuning in and watching other educator’s utilization of sight and sound educating, and the circumstance where understudies are required to utilize mixed media innovation for learning (Olaore, 2014). Nonetheless, Domingo and Garganté, (2016) and Domingo, M.G. what’s more, Garganté, A.B., 2016 likewise contends that there might be several focal points like invigorating understudy’s enthusiasm for getting the hang of, motivating understudy’s creative mind, changing theoretical pictures instinctively, acknowledging asset sharing, and growing data limit, fulfilling understudies’ hunger for information, compensating for educator’s own inadequacies, and improving study hall showing structure however there is consistently an issue regarding availability and monetary perspectives and how significant these frameworks are on the training and the accomplishment of the understudies.

Generally little of the innovative potential has been accomplished notwithstanding innovation having noteworthy effect on customary educational system (Saltan, 2017). They have given development to educating and learning, and have incited propels in investigate about how individuals learn, in this manner achieving in a portion of the creating economies. The predominance and fast advancement of innovation have changed human culture from the data age to the information age. Besides, Arkorful and Abaidoo, (2015) educates that innovation is turning into a characteristic piece of man’s every day life. Accordingly its utilization in training is turning into a need. Additionally, the pace of progress of innovation field right now surpasses the pace of progress of utilizing innovation in training. There is a ton of change through innovation. There is a global agreement on the significance of scholarly contribution to making esteem, underlining the requirement for interest in instruction and abilities when all is said in done with an uncommon spotlight on innovation aptitudes and research advancement. Innovation has changed the essence of present day investigates, requiring research associations to be connected to one another through cutting edge organize that is associated with the remainder of the world (Arkorful and Abaidoo, 2015). Innovation gives assets and administrations to help the instruction, research and open administrations missions to colleges (Lin et al. 2014). Innovation likewise improves the turn of events and usage of strategies and methods important to guarantee the compelling, made sure about and proper utilization of colleges data assets and administrations (Baek et al. 2008). Innovation gives a great deal of administrations to understudies including separation instruction programs, reasonable printing, cellular plans, innovative hardware and devices, rentals homeroom media stations or cyber stations, and others (Howard, 2013). Besides, Rehmat and Bailey, (2014) informed that instructors and understudies get applicable materials required through the Internet and these quality materials are utilized in preparing the understudies and overhauling their insight in their field of study.

Criticising the effects of technology on literacy

As indicated before, literacy is defined by writing skills, reading skills, motivations, and other abilities that enable use in real life applications and professional life (Valmont, 1999). Students start to use short hand languages and emojis and picture to converse and thereby affect the skills of reading and writing in the long term. This is one of the most important issues impacting the literacy of students when technologies become too dependent on the same. Technology is creating in expansive and assorted manners, and at a pace that can appear to be hard for the instructive foundation to stay up with. Innovation can be utilized to enlarge, help or bolster perusing and composing education inside and outside the study hall, and this is useful for understudies who have distinctive learning styles and those with learning challenges or explicit incapacities. For all the constructive outcomes of an innovation improved learning condition, some negative perspectives have created alongside present day innovation (Cydis, 2015). Understudies have educated, through broad utilization of innovation, to depend on robotization as opposed to information on right language use. Content informing is one away from of an innovation that can possibly decrease education in perusing and composing. From the get-go in its turn of events, short instant messages were character-constrained and must be composed in physically and regularly, squeezing an individual key a specific number of times to type a specific letter. A sort of shorthand instant message language in this manner created, to spare both existences in the instant message. In addition they basically overlook that these contractions represent longer words and instant message style shorthand and phonetic shorthand turns into a person’s go-to methods for self-articulation, generally speaking proficiency can endure (Plester, Wood, and Joshi, 2009).

Again, Ciampa, (2012) informs that educators are tested to give understudies the perusing aptitude important to encourage their instruction and become effective peruses. In any case, inspired perusers are bound to turn out to be further developed inside their understanding aptitudes permitting them to epitomize propelled jargon use, cognizance capacity and basic reasoning and not confine to just mechanical reliance. A lot of innovation reliance impacts the genuine expertise of understudies. Besides, the motivation behind perusing is to comprehend the substance and through the advancement of youthful peruses, perusing cognizance is a significant ability to ace so as to get a fruitful instruction. Moreover, Ertem, (2010) contends that there has been abatement in inspiration to peruse for delight inside understudies yet with expanded reliance in innovation makes the understudies battling peruses encountering a need interpreting aptitudes and familiarity which brings about an obstruction to build up a solid establishment of perception abilities. Be that as it may, Ritzhaupt et al. (2013) likewise contended that advanced writings join highlights, for example, livelinesss and perusing alternatives bringing about improved perusing appreciation abilities for battling perusers. Moreover innovation in instruction utilizing livelinesss inside advanced writings brought about the capacity to comprehend the basic topic of the content, plot and arrangements inside the story superior to customary content representations. Understudies utilizing electronic writings gave indications of more significant level reasoning and arrived at a further developed degree of appreciation. The advantages of proficiency through innovation are likewise bolstered by Howard, Tang, and Austin, (2015) helps in improving the proficiency and instructive aptitudes for lower level understudies just as for college understudies.

Examples of production and reception of literacy practices

Improving education is a big problem for our community. Test score, recognized performances in many countries, and a variety of factors have pushed education to the exploiting edge of the legislative issue of nation behind the reforms directly. Technology helps improve learning and teaching and supports all learners are successful. Although everybody would like to observe the smaller school as well as the size of the classroom, the technology cannot be done physically. But technology can be a “force multiplier” for teachers. Using the “Learning Management System” (LMS), every student can access online resources to get support on request beyond the physical range of their educators. Technology can expand education in other ways as well. Moreover, education does not stop until the end of the school day. Besides, students can access assignments, teachers, and resources anytime and anywhere through the web connection. Students who need more time to apply their ideas, practice and online courses can be helped to engage and engage those (Kipsoi et al. 2012).

Parental contribution is one more element impacting student success that can develop with the technology. Besides, most guardians currently have very busy schedules. Sequentially, they may not have time to support their children with homework at home or come to class for conferences. In this way, technology is able to provide assistance. Parents can meet with teachers through a web conference or other online communication tool. Also, he or she can check the progress, grades, assignments, and attendances via online structures. Additionally, they can communicate with kids from work through textbooks, email, video calling, and instant messaging. Technology-based project can motivate students to collaborate and think without using the web to research or interact with non-physical experts. The project will help to understand the technological progress required for modern manpower. The technology itself can be costly but it can also benefit universities save money. Besides, electronic documents, email, virtual field trip rather than virtual labs, printed memos, electronic textbook as well as many free online resources support schools save money and provide a great educational experience to the students (Açar and Rother, 2011).

Educators can get resources (usually free) for technology discovery, and virtual experts can attend full courses and conferences. Besides, they can create Personal Learning Network (PLN) with Twitter, Ning, and various resources for discovering and sharing their thought and resource and get help from their colleagues. The advent of technology in education arena has created the knowledge and learning sharing process more collaborative. The biggest impact of technology on education is the alteration in our viewpoint on the world. Technology may be relevant because of the shift in thinking from local to worldwide. The effects of technology on education are easy retention of information, easy access to information, better information presentation, and more storage of information, more interactive learning, and more interest in learning as well as easier sharing of knowledge. The arena of education (learning and teaching) has evolved as the arrival of technology. Universities have understood the significance of technology and begin to apply it in their classes. With the advent of computer in schools, this has made it easier for students to acquire knowledge and for teacher to impart it. The role of technology has prepared the journey of learning and teaching more effective. Technology is a teaching tool. Computers provide a communicating audio-visual medium. PowerPoint and animation software are used to present information in a cooperative way. Students and teacher both found it interesting and helpful to the use of audio-visual equipment. Many students can be addressed directly by using screens, projectors, speakers, and microphones. This teaching assistance has led to increase attendance in the classrooms (John, 2015).

Technology has created the life simpler for students. Today, students use a variety of tools and software to create projects and presentations without using paper and pen. The iPad is lighter than a notebook. Moreover, surfing an e-book is simpler than a heavy book. This tool helps to create interest in study. Physical space is not required in the online library. The researchers, students, and teachers sitting in various areas of the world can access the same online library. Data storage is easy. Data storage has become very easy for technology. It takes some seconds to copy-paste or type different information. Also, a small pen drive can store a lot of data. Therefore, it is easy to manage online records. Computers enable better and more powerful data than copying. Both teachers and students get benefit from using digital space in the classroom. It appreciates to advanced technology that every student can view the whole syllabus online and then decide which subject and course they ought to elect. Students can use interactive digitization boards for making diagrams, drawing figures, doing mathematical calculations, and more (Prinsloo and Venter, 2011).

Information is easy to access through technology. Internet search engines are a great source of information. They are now used as effective tools for information search. All it takes is one or two clicks. Both teachers and students benefit from this. About ten years ago Wikipedia was a good example, so it is not. Today it has become the largest encyclopaedia in the world. It has about 2.5 million entries: instantly available for free on the web. More than 75,000 volunteers have free contributions. Wikipedia provides a great platform for cooperative sharing. The application of technology has made education more collaborative. There is an online forum where experienced experts can meet and discuss specific topics, review the curriculum, and plan assessments to improve the learning process. Teachers can provide special needs to meet the different skills and needs of students. Everyone has a personal learning style like finger type. Skills of any level from basic level to master level can now be taught online. Good teachers and multimedia can create these quick learning programs in individual teaching and individual module learning styles (Prinsloo and Venter, 2011). Technology has overcome the barriers of space and time. There are various levels of education available online. Students and teachers can be part of a virtual classroom even if they are not physically close. Some universities offer online education programs where students and teachers can communicate with each other via the Internet. There is also an online library with over books, journals, encyclopedias where students can access, highlight, store and use copies of various sources (Uematsu and Mishra, 2010).

It is an evident fact to state that digital tools, equipment and resources can be used effectively; however the depth and speed of learning in math and science can be increased for primary and secondary students. There is an indication that the same can be said in literature, especially in terms of composition and comprehension. Digital technology seems to be a promising way to expand basic literacy and math skills, particularly in primary setting. Besides, the level of impact is often the same as other textbook changes that are effective in increasing achievement despite the added benefits of using digital learning. Further, the level of impact might be affected by the ability level of teacher to utilize the digital learning tool and resource efficiently to create better learning outcomes. In addition, more effective use of digital learning enhances achievement because teachers can use digital tools and resources to achieve better learning outcomes and gain understanding and knowledge of technology. It implements to every school. This has a positive impact on the achievement of the use of digital students for formal and informal learning activities at home and in schools. This is due to the increase in learning. This is especially important for middle schools (Arkorful and Abaidoo, 2015). It is evident fact to state that the utilization of digital resources and tools can help to minimize the gap of inequality when applied effectively. Moreover, there is evident fact that the use of digital resources and tools could help students with the extra support requires to enhance their competence and skill in numeracy and literacy.  Furthermore, educator’s competence and skills in identifying how to use digital resources and tools as well as implementing them effectively are important in accomplishing positive outcomes for students in need of additional support or for disadvantaged students in other ways (Ertmer and Ottenbreit-Leftwich, 2010).

Conclusion

It is important to note that there are several difficulties in studying literary research. In most cases there is a description of using digital tools and resources without evaluating the results or how and why they are achieved or not achieved. Most studies that try to measure results focus on short-term and medium-term results, some interns or teachers or schools, and usually on qualitative measures. Technology is changing the way we access information, but that’s how we learn it. Along with that, the teachers become less of a “stage on stage” as well as more of become a “guide on the side”. From accessing course resources through online to viewing video-recorded lectures, technology opens the likelihood for teaching innovation: from cooperative group work to hybrid and flipped classrooms. Moreover, teachers can also use the classroom response system to evaluate learners’ understanding of the course elements as well as adjust the content or pace as required in real time.

It is important for teachers to know how to use all applications and to have the opportunity to support their use to improve their learning and increase their confidence and skills. In these places, they gain the knowledge and skills taught through digital tools and resources; have more appropriate learning styles and opportunities for children to learn outside of the classroom. It can be an off-site training course in a mixed community and community practice because teachers help them practice what they teach and help schools become comfortable with the tools and equipment they need to participate in the training needed to complete the networks and collaboration is an effective way of knowledge and learning. School leaders should focus on developing digital technology and teachers should have time to practice and ensure that there are extra time, extra preparation time and risk-taking opportunities to take digital lessons. In summary, learning opportunities for successful application (formal and informal) of digital training, effective leadership and leadership in schools, professional and fatal development in basic teacher training as well as the environment that provides educators the elasticity to present and use digital learning. In addition, based on the essay critical assessment it has been found that technology has made education system very advanced and has therefore, addressed many important challenges like accessibility to quality study materials and open access to resources, but there has been equal number of challenges to the education system like the inability of the teachers to adopt technologies and others. Similarly, it has also been found those literacy aspects like writing skills, reading skills, motivations, and other abilities has been impacted both positively and negatively by technology innovation and introduction.
