Introduction

The AliveCor Kardia Band is optional wrist equipment for patients that can help to provide real time information about ECG rate and treatment process becomes faster. As per the opinion of Jamali and Oveisi (2016), it can be assumed that more than 80% heart related disease can be controlled in a proper manner by using this modern system of ECG calculation. On the other hand, stroke viability monitoring can also be possible in near future by using this equipment on a daily scale. Henceforth, this project can able to deliver scope for maximum UK population to live their life at least 5-10 years extra (Axinte et al. 2017).

Monitoring of real time heart beat becomes easy by using ECG instrument on patients wrist and this new device can deliver proper information about pulse rate as well as heart rate.

Background idea for this project develops because more than 1 lac people of United Kingdom are suffered due to improper heart disorders. ECG wrist band can help them to provide suitable space to monitor disease crucially and health facilities can be improved.

Project Control
Cybernetic and post-performance project control method can be acquired by project team for monitoring efficiency of newly equipped product. Specific population can be used for daily data tracking in cybernetic process and feasibility of device can also be measured properly (Rehacek, 2017).

Quality of this project can be measured after its completion and all the legal and ethical issues are monitored with the help of BCS code of conduct. Apart from this, it is an ethical fact to accumulate all health data of customers and store them correctly. It can be interpreted from this study that PRICE2 methodology is a proficient approach to implement any modern biological projects because it helps to analyse all stages crucially. In case of this project, wrist band can be manufactured for detecting real time health data of patients suffering in several heart diseases. Therefore, proper communication strategy can be implied by researchers to consult with doctors and other medical professionals whether this device is a suitable approach or not. On the other hand, project manager and other investors have accomplished regular meetings to monitor project progress in a crucial manner. Apart from this, budgetary allocation is more or less proper for this project that helps to conduct all the processes without any hurdles. Moreover, RACI matrix can help to ensure tasks of each project member properly to evaluate functional value for this project.
