The train interchange is also easily available for this location advantage. There could be also cultural exchange due to the centre location of the city. For the improvement of the refurbished commercial and new build in Nottingham, there need to be appropriate project management processes. The client of this project is Bildurn which is an award-winning and privately owned manager and developer for the commercial based buildings of the Nottingham area. For the improvement of the sustainability of the project, these types of management activities really essential. There are location advantages for these types of projects and for that there is enough demand for this type of commercial buildings and as well as the developing projects related to that. There are also certain goals and objectives for this type of project. These objectives are chosen depending on the market demand and the changing trend of these markets. The business plan of the clients also needs to be considered as the main factor for this type of project activity. The main objective of this project is to provide sustainability for the working structure for different types of project works. This will help to improve the quality and process of the project work. Appropriate project management activities are essential for the betterment of the project work and also for the success of that project. If there is the proper use of these types of project management and management tools there could be the determination of the challenging factors and risks for that project and project world.
Time estimate for the Project
The proper estimation of the time and other factors are important for the successful conduction of the project. For the creation of appropriate planning or structure for this type of construction and management work there need to be accurate time estimation for the project. There need to be proper implementation of the “high-level” time estimation plans and structures for this project. Different factors related to that project need to be clarified for an accurate estimation of the cost of that project. The success of that project depends on the proper cost estimation for that project. Depending on the cost estimated factors there is the creation of the appropriate and proper planning for that project. The Cost estimation process for that project needs to be relatable and accurate for the clear observation for that project. There are certain ASSUMPTIONS FOR THE CREATION OF THAT COST ESTIMATION for that project. These assumptions could be really essential for the betterment of this type of project work. The “Estimate Base date” for the cost estimation is November 2021 and the pre-contract for that program will be around eight months.
