- What are the creative actions and management styles (human resource and workplace) that are to be used for the development of the employee motivation and henceforth the engagement?
The research objectives are –
- To understand how the human resource management activities help in the process of the employee engagement.
- To analyze how human resource management activities develop the right activities in employee engagement that can have a good and a great impact on what is known as the performance management (Carmody, 2018).
- To find out and also to recommend the creative actions and management styles (human resource and workplace) that can be productively used for the development of the employee motivation and henceforth the engagement.
Google technology company is the corporation well known to all communities and sections of people and industry in the entire globe and for regular day to day research purposes, people use google and also for a number of reasons like the image and video search, web search as well as the news, Google is the main company that allows the digital access of all the other companies which is why, the technology company is so powerful and the search engine is the leader in the whole world and nobody comes close to Google as well, in the matter of these areas (Gasparovich, Uskova and Dongauzer, 2020). The products like the Gmail (for the electronic communications) and the others like google chat and video chat options have also gained the popularities in the recent years of the COVID 19 and for such a massively popular and successful company, the employee engagement must be very high too. This is one of the chief reasons why this work and this research activity is done in order to find the right articles that can help understand the employee engagement strategies of the multinational organization, that is google company. The creative activities for the human resource planning and performance management became necessary in the post covid world where Google made news and also topped the list in the criteria that is the research problem and core research area here and this is why, Google has been chosen as well.
The search strings used were ‘google employee activities’, ‘employee engagement at google’, ‘google in the post covid world’ as well ‘employee motivation at google’. The search was narrowed from the original findings by eliminating the duplication as well as the data that are not specific to the research problem of the employee engagement at the company, that is Google technology company (Radhakrishnan, 2021). There was certain research where the ethical considerations were not met at all and this is where, the major areas of the ethical breach, because of which, many of the research articles had to be omitted out before the final results of 10 articles were chosen that is important to take a note of. About 8 of them were articles and about 2 of them were the excerpts form the newspapers that is vital to note and understand as well (Ahmed et al. 2020).
