Introduction
Operation management in a project has dealt with regular and approaching activities, whereas strategic business issues have been highlighted the most (Ahbab et. al. 2019). It has also been identified that a successful project management scenario has also been dealing with successful planning, optimization, motivation, as well as controllable resources for achieving specific goals in the same project environment thereafter.
In this study, a project plan has been developed and evaluated. Key project management notions from the view of a potential project team have also been explored. In this way, it has also been found that the whole research process has also been dealing with key project management ideas embodied with appropriate means of project goals and aims at the same time. Besides, it has also been seen that variable plans along with good time management measures have also been applied for supporting the same project management concept expecting desired outcomes and benefits altogether.

In the whole project environment, it has been identified that key and available resources have been offered on behalf of the organization. In addition to this, key project operations and functions have also been required to be loaded as well as leveled to do the same after. The project research and conduction environment have also induced a major impact in terms of bearing on the key project management environment, whereas feasible revenue earnings and net income have got streamlined on behalf of MWK Architects Limited. The whole project context has also been connected to the main subject of the study at the same point. Apart from that; it has also been recognized that MWK Architects Ltd. has acquired more than 25 years of business experience in the same industry. That is why the same project management environment of the study, shall also be further connected to the overall concepts of the same project context after all. This has also further accounted for planning as well as arranging a systematic marketing and sales plan on behalf of the same business organization. It has also been seen that AWK Architect Limited has been considered the primary owner of the whole project management environment.
Project Time Management
It has mainly included successful analysis and development of a plausible project schedule as well as timeline for completing the same successfully and on time (Pereira et. al. 2019). It has also been identified that a formalized approach to time management system and procedure has delivered a buffer of key things and elements such as unexpected roadblocks as well as under or over-estimated project timelines thereafter.
In the aspect of project time management of a specific context/field, there have included critical path analysis, scheduling, network diagrams, and others. These have also been considered the primary components and factors of the whole project management environment (Adams and Blair, 2019). In the field of project management, Network Diagram has been referred to as a systematic flowchart of key project tasks/activities. Those are also corresponding to the managed project timeline. As stated by Di Vito et. al. (2022), it has also been used and applied for linking the core project context into the systematic activity flow. It has also been mentioned that a systematic network diagram of a project can be created and designed with support derived from different software such as MS Project, ProjectLibre, and others. Moreover, those have also been connected to the whole flow of key project tasks, which have also relied upon key project activities and milestones at the same time.

In addition to this, it has also been considered an essential route of the whole project timeline, which has also been addressing the major area or segment of key project investigation frequently (Aksela and Haatainen, 2019). CPA of the project has also been connected to the core project planning as well as scheduled completion procedure. From the above diagram, it can also be said that the red areas have denoted crucial routes of the project, whereas it has also been seen that the responsible project manager has also become able to complete the whole project context without any trace of further disruptions even during the longest tasks (Nadafi et. al. 2019). Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):
In the key area of project management, WBS has been defined as the main actions and milestones of the whole project scenario. As indicated by Jahan et. al. The project effectiveness and efficiency as a whole have also been influenced a lot by this framework or tool, whereas it has also been connected to the systematic flow of operations thereafter (Akhmetshin et. al. 2019). It has also been identified that key interdependencies of the major project tasks or activities have been linked as well as summarized project competencies in the same entity. The whole scenario has also connected to the systematic project plan (Anantatmula, 2020).
From the above tabular depiction and description of the project study, key activities have been included. Amongst them, it has been seen that on behalf of MWK Architects Limited, a total duration of 80 days has been allocated. Amongst them, the total project initiation stage will need a total of 9 days, whereas the planning stage might require 21 days after all. Besides that, in this stage of project planning, the stakeholder management process has been induced with a clear project charter along with goals and aims thereafter. Moreover, it has also been denoted that the project execution stage has required a total of 35 days, whereas major activities including team meetings, sales and marketing, procurement of raw materials, target market, setting goals, and implementation have occurred. Then, the main part of the whole project context, Project Monitoring will need 51 days, which has also been followed by the project closure stage allocated as 7 days after all. Furthermore, in this final stage of the project, key activities including submission and review along with project delivery with key deliverables have been ensured.
Now, in terms of Completeness, it has been identified that the project will start in January 2023, whereas it has also been seen that a hypothetical baseline of additional 1 month will also be utilized for comparing this scenario of project management. On February 1, 2023, the whole project was also adopted as the commencement date of starting thereafter. In this way, it has also covered the starting as well as an assumed end of the project as a whole on time after all. It has also been said that this specific project management environment has also been connected to the whole completion % of the same project schedule at the same point feasible (Zhou et. al. 2019). As stated by Larsson and Larsson, (2020), all of these people played major roles to complete the project from start to end with enhanced success.
On the other hand, in terms of Resource Acquisition procedure or stage of the same project context, this has mainly been widely connected to the major concepts of resource acquisition ability (RAA). In addition to this, it has also been related to the same project productivity, whereas it has also ensured that the whole project management environment must become successful in the future (Meredith et. al. 2020). In this same case, it has also been observed that some key factors and aspects such as refinement, estimate, plan, monitoring, as well as execution have been maintained and controlled correctly. Apart from that; for this specific project context, it can also be denoted that the same resource acquisition strategies, as well as tactics, have also been connected to follow the below steps or stages –
- First of all, it has been seen that it has determined the whole needs of the project.
- Then, the process of resource acquisition has just initiated
- After that available and key resources of the same project have also been managed and supervised thoroughly.
- Finally, it has also been explored that the same project resources have also been controlled and executed successfully after.
In final words, it is important to say that the processes of the same project environment field related to the whole project notion have been highly justified. Besides that, it has also been understood that it has also been connected to the whole aspects corresponding to the project resource incorporation and use (Chen et. al. 2020). That is why it has also further related to the same MWK Architects Limited at the same time, whereas it has also addressed the actual project needs and situational contexts. In this way, it has also been broadly reflected in the actual project outcomes as well as resource implementation and acquisition scenarios for the same marketing project environment thereafter.
Critical Discussion and Reflection
Lessons learned from Project.
In the field of project management, it has been stated that lessons learned have been referred to as documented information. Additionally, it has also been reflected in both the positive as well as negative outcomes and experiences from the same project context. These have also demonstrated MWK Architects Limited’s commitment and actual means of business dedicated to the whole project management excellence and marketing. Besides, the same project manager’s opportunities and advantages to learning and experience from the core scenario and others have also been highly prioritized after all.
On the other hand, I have also thought that from the project management environment, a lot of learning and experience have also been gained. In detail, it has also been said that this is a marketing project, from where I have learned that in a project, its available resources along with estimated budget should not be wasted or misused, which might also cause poor means of the whole project performance and outcomes further (Sakulviriyakitkul et. al. 2020). That is why, for reaching project goals, I have thought that a good and feasible budget management approach should be built in a specific project environment. Besides that, I have also learned that MWK Architects Limited’s key business priorities in the field of sales and marketing have also been considered, whereas the chances of project failure in the future have also become diminished gradually. As mentioned by Soboleva and Karavaev, (2020), another challenge faced during this project by myself has been identified as scope creep, which must also be needed to handle and reduce for making the marketing project successful at the same time. Finally, it has also been seen that the company has also tended to outsource and procure required project materials and resources from third parties, which has also been highly emphasized after all.
In final words, it is essential to say that after successful completion of this specific marketing project, I have learned about numerous project management methodologies and approaches. Amongst them, it has been highly embraced that the PMBoK methodological aspect has played pivotal role to extract success from the whole project environment from start to end systematically.
Learning from working in Groups
In the field of project management, to ensure further success, growth, and development, efficient and effective teamwork has played major role. It must also be needed to ensure key project deliverables are on time, whereas it has also been realized that by working in a group, personal and professional environment-based soft and hard skills related to management have also flourished. Regarding this matter, the concept of Teamwork has been defined as a systematic procedure of bringing unique individuals together for completing a specific project on time with further success. As reported by Iacob and Faily, (2019), in contrast to this matter, it has also been argued that any project manager, who has mainly handled and controlled a team or group should also ensure that further achievement of robust and effective teamwork must become more difficult and complex to handle rather than this same fundamental definition at the place of work at the same time after all.
Now, in the context of this particular marketing project on behalf of MWK Architects Limited, I have learned a lot about different and productive things and aspects. In this regard, it has been reflected that working with other people in a project context, must enable me to pool my key ideas and opinions. In this way, I have also become able to resolve numerous project management issues, challenges, and conflicts in the same team from unique perceptions and values. Regarding this matter, it has also been identified that in such a group or teamwork condition and environment, I have also attempted numerous tasks and operations, whereas it has also been seen that those aspects must not be accomplished by a person. In addition to this, it has also combined a diverse range of key skills and knowledge with adequate expertise in terms of tackling such more complex and large-scale issues and conflicts in the same project management field (Jalinus et. al. 2020).
In detail, it has also been highly justified that by working in a team or group, my active listening and speaking skills have also been nurtured. Besides that, my communication skills have also improved.
Reflection of Individual Learning
In this case, the term Self-Reflection has been referred to as a type of learning, where the right and proper examination have also been handled among individuals. Additionally, it has also been implied that without any proper thinking aspects and values, one is not able to obtain the right insight, which is also essential in terms of repairing poor habits by affirming good ones thereafter (Pavlenko and Pavlenko, 2021).
Now, in the sense of the marketing project management environment, I have seen numerous problems and challenges have been faced by me at the start. Those have consisted of lack of communication while speaking with other project members, poor means of decision-making and problem-solving skills and capabilities, and lack of adequate logical and reasoning potential thereafter (Ghannam and Ahmad, 2020). That is why it has also been stated that at the time of this ongoing project management environment, I must realize the right and required material. In this way, I have also become able to establish a systematic learning process, whereas my existing abilities, preferences or choices, and thoughts or values have also been improved and nurtured in the same context. Furthermore, it has also been explored as well as identified that my key learning goals or aims have also become fulfilled (Young Illies and Stachowski, 2020).
In final words, it must also be denoted that from a reflective perspective, some important things have been achieved by me during the whole project context and environment. On behalf of MWK Architects Limited, this specific sales, and marketing project has embedded the key aspects and values related to concept of production, concept of product development, and others have been embedded within me (Goñi et. al. 2020). Thus, in the future in my professional field, such enriched knowledge and skills in sales and marketing have played key roles to promote myself at work with a diverse range of positive outcomes and benefits at the same time.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that the marketing project of the company has depended on key ideas and notions of management. The whole project context has also been supported by suitable recommended strategies and actions a lot. The project environment has also connected to systematic and plausible planning as well as key demonstration abilities, whereas it has also been seen that some key project management tools such as Gantt charts, WBS framework, critical path analysis, network diagram, activity lists, RACI matrix, and others have played major roles in the same project management context. Relevant theories and methodological aspects have also been considered.
