The liberal market economy states the problem faced in the coordination of the firms with other firms and in managing the finances, employees, suppliers and customers through market mechanisms effectively. On the other hand, coordinated market economies help in regulating the market by depending on the formal institutions by interacting with firms, and the relations of the firms with the customers, suppliers, employees and financiers. The process of globalization has a major impact on the working of various organisations and the management of the organisation depends on understanding the way the management practices of the organisation became effective through the process of IHRM the organisation. Globalisation helps the IHRM to take effective decisions regarding the practices of the IHRM so that it helps in the developmental and policy management of the organisation by taking effective measures for the performance of the HRM practices. The innovative use of technologies by the IHRM such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps in the development and effective conceptual practices by implementing better frameworks that it helps in making a systematic review possible (Budhwar et al., 2022). The Multinational Corporations (MNCs) have to incorporate better HR practices so that it helps in enhancing the performance of the organisations, being an MNC has to make sure the way the development of the organisation becomes possible by collaborating with the other firms in expanding the businesses. The rise of the MNCs has helped in making progress in the emerging markets is getting better investors and suppliers with the help of systematic analysis that helps in the development of the organisation effectively (Cooke et al., 2019).
The organisation has to make sure that with the help of liberal economies the MNCs are able to progress with the help of collaboration and effective joint ventures with other firms. The liberal economies of the United States of America (USA) state the changing demands of the labour market with the help of an effective decision-making process by keeping in mind the economic conditions of the country quite well. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the USA is quite a good estimate of about 2.99 trillion dollars that helps in understanding the way the country has been able to progress in the competitive market effectively by making sure that the IHRM practices help in the performance enhancement and better reward management of the employees effectively well (Data.worldbank.org. 2022).

The liberal and coordinated economies management depend upon the organisation and the way the organisation is able to manage the working and development of the organisation effectively. The IHRM has to make sure that the organisation recruits those employees who have both HARD and SOFT skills that help the organisation to progress in the competitive market and even help the employees to thrive in the workplace. The organisations situated in the USA and Japan have been able to cope with the effective management with the help of managing the liberal economies and coordinated economies by the respective countries by evaluating the economic and social conditions of the expanded market. The MNCs have to make sure that the organisations have to evaluate the standardisation and localisation of the market and the way the performance management has to be coordinated with the help of rewards or incentives provided to the employees so that the organisation develops well (James and Baruti, 2021). The IHRM has to make sure that the organisation is able to coordinate between Macro, Meso and Micro levels so that it helps in coordinating and effective working of the organisation and also the performance of the employees is developed quite well. The organisation has to make effective coordination with other organisations in the new market so that it helps the organisation to flourish and also gain the target customers on a large scale.
The organisation has to make sure to understand the structure of the firms with which the organisation is collaborating or rather relying on more supplies and manufacturing and the way the organisation with the help of IHRM may be able to manage industrial relations advantage through bargaining or negotiation that helps the organisation to progress well. The organisation has to make sure in making better norms and policies so that the organisation does not face any kind of problem although the problems may be managed by the IHRM in a much better way (Edwards et al., 2021). The management procedure of the organisation depends mostly upon the IHRM especially for the MNCs as the global employees have to be managed well so it helps in understanding the production network and customers’ management quite well. The organisational and with the help of effective suppliers of the organisation has helped in understanding the market power by managing the labour issues by understanding the nature of the client or the buyer. The complexity of the global assets by managing the language proficiency of the organisation helps in mitigating the problems through IHRM practices of the organisation so that it helps in a good position of the organisation in the global market (Jneid, 2019).
Analysis of the labour structures in the supply chains and the effect of HRM
The supply chain management of the MNCs has to be managed well with the help of innovative technology management so that it helps in the progress in the market situation by making sure that the structure of the labour management of the organisation becomes effective. Furthermore, the organisation has to implement different kinds of labour laws so that the labourers of the organisation do not feel discriminated against in any way while working in the organisation. The organisation has to take up a global business strategy so that it helps in understanding the compatibility of the MNCs management by implementing the international competitive strategy and also makes sure that the organisational effectiveness quite well (Wijewantha, 2019). The individual labour law and collective labour law help in identifying and even governing the trade unions in understanding the ability of the unions to bargain with the employees effectively. The MNCs have to understand the legal requirements needed for the company by effective policy implementation in order to manage the working environment of the company quite well. On the other hand, the increase in the change in technological management and also the change in the competition in the international arena help in making the coordination and management of the international relations so that it helps in making better cooperation possible. The IHRM practices of reward management help in understanding the integrated capabilities of the organisation and organisations’ dependency on the resources help in the global integration management with the help of international strategy (Wang, 2019). The IHRM is highly responsible for managing the supply chain in the global sphere which helps in the supply chain management and in circulating the products effectively to the customers in the global market arena. The organisation has to make sure that the employees of the organisation are provided with incentives for the labour the employees provide for the organisation as it helps in the enhancement of the performance of the organisation quite well.
Evaluation of the IHRM on the Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) helps an organisation to manage the services of the organisation so that helps in maintaining the objectives of the organisation and also helps in maximising the profits of the organisation effectively. Moreover, the CSR has to manage the health and safety of the employees and the environmental conditions of the employees and the community management of the organisation to help the organisation to flourish progressively. The CSR and the IHRM of the organisation work in coordination that helps the organisation and even manages the performance of the employees quite effectively. The challenges faced by the organisations in managing the financial and ineffective workforces put the working of the organisation into a disturbing position as the firm’s operations management lacks highly (Farndale et al., 2019). The organisation has to maintain the ethical consideration effectively that helps in the increased transparency of the organisation quite well and the stakeholders of the organisation by understanding the role of effective environmental activities of the organisation based on the effect of economic and social influence of the organisational management. The CSR of the organisation has to make sure that the organisation understands the sustainable development that helps in managing the ethical behaviour of the companies and effective management of the corporate sustainability and strategic management to sustain well in the global market (Berber et al., 2021).
The management of the IHRM has to be effective in the working of the liberal and coordinated economies in the MNCs especially in the countries such as the USA and Japan by maintaining communication technologies that help in the growth and development of the international market situation. Additionally, the organisation has to make sure that the organisation is able to understand the objectives the organisation have to follow in order to make the IHRM practices effective in the working of the organisation effectively. The organisation has to make sure that the organisation is able to manage the objectives of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) which most organisations are reluctant to implement to enhance the working of the organisation. The objectives of the ILO which the organisation has to maintain such as the promotion and realisation of the standards and fundamental principles and rights at work, opportunities for women and men in the case of descent employment and incomes, impact of the protection for all people and collaboration among the unions, government and organisation effectively (Europarl.europa.eu. 2022). The implementation of the objectives of the ILO helps the organisation in better expansion and also helps in maintaining the CSR management so that it helps the organisation to expand well. Therefore, the CSR management with the help of incorporation of management development helps in the management practices and expectations of the organisation so that it helps in making a better structure and management of the MNCs.
Effect of IHRM on the employment relationship
The relationship management of the IHRM with the employees has to be quite good so that it helps in putting good effect upon the market situation of the company effectively. Moreover, the employment relationship has to be good depending upon the market, bargained and legal relationship quite well so that it helps the employees in making the working environment effectively well. The collective bargaining of the employees becomes possible with the help of trade unions with the help of which the organisation tries to understand the demands of the employees and tries to mitigate them effectively as different countries have different trade union densities therefore, the MNCs have to manage the organisations effectively (Refer to appendix 1). The IHRM has to make sure that the services and the work of the employees are managed quite well so that the quality of the services by the employees are managed well so that it puts a good impact upon the services of the organisation (Tatar and Ingaldi, 2021). The IHRM has to make sure that the working of the employees becomes effective with the IHRM’s effective practices of employees motivation and the performance management of the organisation so that it helps the organisation to progress well.
The differences in the liberal economics and coordinated economies present respectively in the USA and Japan has to be understood with the help of effective skills management. Furthermore, in the case of liberal economies employees, general skills become effective for any organisation and for the coordinated economies help in understanding the financial increase in the market allowing effective organisational businesses. The ILO convention has put forward that the workers and the employers have the right to choose and secede from an organisation without any kind of authorisation which puts the rights and rules of the organisation effectively well (Refer to appendix 2). The competency of the IHRM helps in maintaining the business management of the organisation and even helps in keeping good relations with the employees through effective leadership management of the organisation with the help of effective career developmental activities (Pauli et al., 2019).
Conclusion
The understanding of the complexity in the structural management of the IHRM helps in understanding more about the way the working of the organisation becomes highly effective so that it helps the organisation to grow well. Moreover, the policies and practices of the IHRM have to be innovative to help in developing the effect on the social and economic conditions of the market situation effectively for the MNCs (Fan et al., 2021). The labour structures of the organisation and the collective management have to be good so that it helps in the enhancement of the performance of the organisation effectively. The liberal economical and coordinated economical management has to be good so that it helps the organisation to work and even in managing the MNCs in the global arena properly.
The process of globalisation has helped the working of the MNCs helpful and even has helped the MNCs to manage the supply chain and the CSR properly with the help of effective IHRM practices. The IHRM has to manage the employees by making sure that the employees are well aware of the cultural exchange in working in a global arena by providing training to the employees about cross-cultural awareness and also providing language training so that it helps in making labour effective (Lavelle, 2018). The organisational management has to be good so that it helps the organisation to progress well by applying better policies and norms for the organisation quite effectively. Thus, the organisational management has to be understood by making the relation of the employees effective and also helps in enhancing the target management with the help of effective performance and reward management practices by the IHRM quite well.
