So, from this lecture there was a discussion on these skills by the lecturer which became helpful for me to gain knowledge about these things. There are various problems found in the business which need to be solved by the experts to support the business growth.

The problem solving skills of the business includes analysis of the business development process, active listening, research, communication, creativity, decision making, dependability, team building, creative and innovative thinking, flexibility and adaptability. The lectures of the lecturer was provided the overall idea about all of these things with the proper explanation which was helpful for me to understand the importance of these things in making the business creative by solving the various business related problems of the business. There were different workshops arranged by the lecturers where the lecturer gave theoretical knowledge about how to make connections with the people in the workplace, ask questions to the employees if required to implement new things in the business process, make observations on the workflow of the business to understand whether it is going on the right way or wrong way, develop the business network to get the more contract from the client, and do the experiment about the business creativity models, strategies or methods (Budiarto et al. 2021).

This was a good experience of mine from where I gained the different approaches to the solutions of the problems. So, I gained a huge knowledge and it became helpful for me to think differently about the business development procedures which are able to create innovation in the business.

All of these activities were done in the lecture, group works and workshops which became helpful for me to gain the knowledge about the business creativity (de Vasconcellos et al. 2019). Creativity has an effective role in the business as it represents the ability which develops imaginative or new ideas and then turns it into reality.

A business may use this for their workplace to create the collaborative work of the environment and make innovative solutions in the workplace. I learned all these things from the lecture session which means I gain theoretical knowledge about these things.

The lecturer also does the critical evaluation of the approaches to solve the problems and make the innovation in the business context. In this session, the lecturer  discusses about the analysis of the business development process, active listening, research, communication, creativity, decision making, dependability, team building, creative and innovative thinking, flexibility and adaptability which can be considered as the different approaches to solve the problems of the business organization and making the innovation in the business (Homayoun and Henriksen, 2018).

The practical session of the workshop shows about the appropriate behavior of the business authority to know the requirements of the customers, complaints of the staff to take the actions on the basis of that and make the decisions on the innovative ideas of the business.

These all become very helpful for me to advance my career and it helps to represent me as the leader of a business organization or implementing the innovative approaches in the business organization (Anjum et al. 2020). The lecturer gave the idea about how to develop creative and original responses to the identified business problems.

The lecturer told us to identify the goals, gather data, explore the ideas, formulate the challenge questions, create the action plan, come up with the solution and at last take the action to give the better creative and original responses for the identified problems of their organization. This makes me more efficient in solving the various problems of the organization in an advanced and creative way and it takes quite less time in solving the identified problems.

There was group work done by all the students including me to gather the problem solving knowledge of the students and then improve their knowledge to make them more efficient. The lectures also helped me to demonstrate the experience and practical knowledge in applying and identifying problem solving skills and creativity (Mugiono et al. 2021).

There were the discussion on some of the steps which includes the use of a strategic framework which supports the business growth by identifying problems quickly to solve them quickly to advances the growth of the business, then practice the empathy, relax the assumptions of the individual, get the hobby, practice persistence, Consider my past experiences, standard practices of the questions, Practice “creative problem-solving”.

The strategic framework of the business focuses on the gathering of the information, identifying the relationships, developing the solutions and implementation of the proper process in the growth of the businesses. So, these entire have the efficiency to make my knowledge more sharp which makes me more efficient in identifying the various problems of the organization and taking the actions on the basis of that.

It is very much required for the organization. Besides this I become capable in creating business creativity in a more perfect way. The lecture also gives the knowledge about the business model canvas which is basically a structure of the template consisting of the partners, opportunities, advertisement, business development, stakeholders, networks of the business, etc. These have the efficiency to demonstrate the creative idea of mine which is able to support the business creativity in a new way.

All these aspects were properly discussed by the lecture which helps me to develop my knowledge about the creativity of the business and make me more strong to eliminate the potential problems of the business accurately with the help the strategic framework, business model canvas which helps me to understand the present situation of the specific business organization to take the decision on the basis of that to implement the innovation on the company according to the business requirement (Altinay et al. 2021).

This also helps me to implement the correct creative processes in the workflow of the organization to make it more advanced and achieve the target within less time. So, the overall lecture session was very good which has the capability to develop the knowledge about the business creativity in the mind of the students.

It was more attractive for us as this session also includes the workshop where the practical representation also done by the lecture and group work make the unity between the students which has the importance in the creation of the business creativity as unity is very needed to do the work and take the correct decision which can improve the business in a good way.

So, mainly I learned so many things from the lecture session like different creativity skills, role of creativity in the business, problem solving techniques or skills, identification of the potential problems quickly, strategic framework, business model canvas, innovative approaches of the business, etc. I felt very good to attend the lecture session as it helps me to gain the knowledge about the different parts of the business which can be able to make the creativity of the business in a proper way and it is necessary to support the business growth.

The workshop and the group work helps me to work with the people and make the proper behavior with the co worker.  The group and I organized the task properly as the lecturer guided us properly and discussed the theoretical aspect in a very good way which makes good understanding. So, we were able to do the task in a good manner.

The lecture and the workshop were good but the group work was not so good on the first day as there were different kinds of problems related to the thoughts of the students and their work process (Budiarto et al. 2020). But after that it was solved by the lecturer and we conducted the group work properly with the guidance of the lecturer.

I would do more investigation on the problem solving techniques because it is very essential to create innovation in the business of the organization. Otherwise it may affect the new strategies and ideas of the business creativity which can push the business growth backward and it is not good for the organization. I want to improve my future performances by developing my creativity, knowledge, management skills, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, organizational skills and influencing skills (Kristiansen et al. 2019).

These skills have the capability to enhance the growth of the business which helps it to achieve the success by supporting the business creativity as the modern world can easily be attracted by the creativity and innovations. These all things are able to make my performance towards the business organization better. I want to give more focus on leadership skills as it includes communication, delegation, positivity, creativity, feedback and responsibility which are more efficient to look at each and every part of the business. It supports the business creativity in a proper way.
