Recording and reflecting upon experience during the module
Personal reflection is one of the total instances that are required in analysing oneself. (2021), self-observation is the ability in witnessing and evaluating one’s own cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes.
It was essential for me to personally reflect on myself as it has helped me in various ways to understand my skulls. Description
In the preparation of the session, there were various lectures counted in order to evaluate and analyse better skills development. In the session, there were lecture classes on various skills development activities. Those activities include habit forming, creativity, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, management skills, influencing skills, organisation skills. These lectures were given to us by lecturers in order to have proper caress to its importance.
In the meantime, during the lectures, I have seen that my skills that are required for personal development need imprisonment. By the time of the lectures, the whole class was divided into groups in which each group had to take up individual tasks. So, during the lectures, the groups that were made had 4 students each. I and my group were provided with tasks and it was a group task hence corporation was required.
Feelings
In the overall situation of the group task, I have come across a few instances that I have felt. While working with the group, I was appointed as the group leader and I would be leading the group. The situation made me feel that there were issues with my communication prospects.
I was not able to communicate with my group members and as a result, there has been the creation of communication gaps. Besides, since I was leading the group, I thought I would have access to the decision-making process. But in the meantime, I felt that my group members were not able to cooperate with me and my indulgence as a leader takes the decision.
Evaluation
In the meantime of the originating of tanks by the group, we saw there were many loopholes in the meantime. It can be said that with group discussion and understanding of the prospects, we were able to manage the tasks properly as a group. During the management of tanks, I have come across a few good and bad aspects.
The good that has been seen is that I got the chance to understand the skills that I lack behind and also was able to use them properly. The bad aspects of working together were there was a huge lack of cooperation issues. Each member of the group has different opinions regarding the ways the risks should be carried forward. The decision-making idea of mine was also not appreciated as each member wanted their own ideas to get executed.
Analysis
In order to assess the issues that were being faced, I would have asked each and every member to participate in the decision-making process. The participation of each member of the group would help in the presentation of really good ideas and provide an inevitable medium of gaining trust. The different perspectives of being a democratic leader within the group would have been different and positive prospects in my case.

I would be more attentive about each member’s preferences and the decision-making would be done keeping in my mind the execution of best results.

From the above, it can be seen that it is essential to evaluate the basic skills that are required for many processions both in the present and in the future. As opined by Middleton (2020), problem-solving skills are important as it initiates in overcoming issues that could take a big picture in the future. Being a problem solver helps in taking part in situations that require dealing with complex business challenges.
Creativity allows us to view and solve problems more openly and with innovation. In addition, it helps in focusing on creative goals with the situation that has been faced earlier. Earlier situations grant the perspective that teamwork can require better communication and leadership qualities. All these could have been solved with the help of a creative mind.
On the other hand, Peng et al. (2019) management skills help in becoming an effective leader, a better communicator, and a problem-solver who can bring clarity to any situation. Hence, the situations that have been faced earlier focused on the prospects of owning skills that could be a better person, a better leader, and a good friend.
The situation that has been faced while the continuation of the tasks with my group can be illustrated by means of the following theories:
Aristotle’s Communication Model
According to Aristotle’s Communication Model, the speaker, and the speech are of prime importance. As opined by Richmond and McCroskey (2019), the speaker’s role to deliver a speech is considered as the first element of the 5 primary elements. The model can be divided into three components that constitute ethos, pathos, and logos.
The use of the model in situations of decision-making would have been beneficiary. For example, during the situation that has been faced earlier, with Aristotle’s Communication Model there would have been prospects that the goals and mission could have been accomplished.
On the other hand, Abakare (2020) stated that it is a communication process one-way the focus changes from speaker to the receiver. It means Exploring human nature does not belong to the criteria of the communication concept. Hence, it can be analysed by means of the application of the model, barriers and unclarity can refrain well.
Situational Leadership Theory
According to Situational Leadership Theory, it has been said that there is no such leadership style that stands best for all stations. As opined by Thompson and Glasø (2018), the leadership style should be dependable on the situation the circumstances belong to. According to this theory, the most effective leaders are those that are able to adapt their style to the situation.
As per the situation that has been faced earlier, opting for a leadership style that would fit the earlier situation would have been a better prospect in terms of the working process. On the other hand, Walls (2019) stated that situational leadership depends upon prospects like relation with the fellow mates, the task that requires to be considered, level of authority, and level of maturity. Hence, adapting one’s management style to each unique situation or task to meet the needs of the team or team members is important.
Conclusion
From the above, it can be concluded that the study has focused on profiling towards personal experiences that have been gained. In the meantime of gathering experiences, the ways it has helped in gaining the problems that were apart. In addition to that, the study has focused on the situations that have been faced and hence indulges in the meaning of creativity and problem-solving skills through module activities.
