Google has been very beneficiated with implementation of Pichai’s ideas. Due to occurred threats of Microsoft and Mozilla, Google has found ways to ignore and make successful strategies (Elisa and Marcella, 2021). The ability of Pichai got tested during this moment of battel for enterprise compatibility. Due to his good behaviour and better working conditions, Pichai quickly became one of the most influential leader in the world.
Pichai’s has worked as CEO in Google for about a decade and during that time his capability determine with ability to take appropriate actions. Hence, skills and behaviour of Pichai’s are as-:
Good coach and mentor- In each entity, employee’s requirement to have manager who takes time to mentor, challenge and coach people effectively (Agarwal and Sisodia, 2021). Hence, Pichai is CEO of the larger enterprise and he incorporated virtue in his leadership style. He uses to supervise the employees in their work and offer guidance or feedback which help them to make good development in their career.
Ignorance of micromanaging a team- If the manager of the enterprise manages small percentage of employee, then other employees feel left out and they get frustrated (Allozi and Al Kurdi, 2022). Pichai’s looks over the whole group as a one team and offer proper guidance to everyone. This aids to motivate the employees to do their best. He empowers his teammates by expressing that how to be successful entrepreneur and what kind of qualities one need to posses in themselves.

Good communication skills– Pichai communication skills was great. He always believes the fact that people come firm and due to this he always listed and talked to them as his teammates. Google is one of the top most market leader in current era (Gim, 2021). Thus, Sundar Pichai is well known for his politeness and humbleness in behaviour.
Effective decision making- Pichai has core knowledge in product and technology. Also, he has good skills to work with other people that makes him different from other CEO (Panwar and Gorsy, 2020). Therefore, Pichai’s decision taking ability was so sound that he usually says that sometimes its crucial to make hard decision and always trust the fact that if anyone confident enough and trust our own and teammates capabilities then its possible to take big step.
Critical thinking– The one core skill of Pichai is collaboration and cooperation with people working in the enterprise (Millanzi and Osaki, 2022). This behaviour of him motivates the employees and they enjoy the working with him. Hence, the resilience behaviour of his towards any kind of the difficulties aids to make him true leader. Thus, he empowers the people with his effective and unique perspective of looking over things.

The above-mentioned skills have helped the Sundar Pichai’s to attend huge success in his life. In current era, technical advancements are rapidly progressing and in demand for innovative ideas mainly hit the roof. So, he respects the creative and innovative ideas of each and this has made the huge impact in near future. Innovative leaders require the depth analysis of the enterprise environment with aim to detect and define the objectives that can works as to blended together within certain innovation (Hofmann and Müller, 2022).
During the crisis, Pichai taken the impressive steps that made Google successfully overcome the threats that set by rivals Microsoft and Mozilla. It was bit hard time for the firm but spirit of fighting for sustainability of enterprise was the breaking point disclosed his true leadership skills. Hence, the attitude and favourable working conditions helped to become one of central players (Elisa and Marcella, 2021). Thus, the innovation of Google toolbar was one of the factors that helped to made his mark as director of product management.
Due to critical thinking and innovative approach, he established Google chrome that assisted to overcome the intense competition which made the huge success after the launch of chrome. After this, he promoted as vice president and then after some period promoted to position of senior president. Pichai’s authentic and virtue leadership positively brings the innovative changes within the enterprise (Hofmann and Müller, 2022).
Pichai’s worked in the approach to detect the firm strength and weakness, investigate the required chances, to create plan of the execution and to anticipate the possible complications Such as resistance to change. Also, with help of his honesty and trustworthy relations with staff aids to ensure the financial prosperity to the firm.
Hence, this can be true to stated that personal experience. Decision making approach, critical and innovative thinking and leadership quality of Pichai’s aids to mitigate the issues and challenges of Google. Also, his simple vision was to see succeed in their ventures. Also, his attitude of working with teammates made him different from other CEO as he pays attention to employee’s issues, offer guidance and concern about their progression in the firm.
