Google has been very beneficiated with implementation of Pichai’s ideas. Due to occurred threats of Microsoft and Mozilla, Google has found ways to ignore and make successful strategies (Elisa and Marcella, 2021). The ability of Pichai got tested during this moment of battel for enterprise compatibility.
Due to his good behaviour and better working conditions, Pichai quickly became one of the most influential leader in the world. Pichai’s has worked as CEO in Google for about a decade and during that time his capability determine with ability to take appropriate actions. Hence, skills and behaviour of Pichai’s are as-:

Pichai’s worked in the approach to detect the firm strength and weakness, investigate the required chances, to create plan of the execution and to anticipate the possible complications Such as resistance to change. Also, with help of his honesty and trustworthy relations with staff aids to ensure the financial prosperity to the firm.
Hence, this can be true to stated that personal experience. Decision making approach, critical and innovative thinking and leadership quality of Pichai’s aids to mitigate the issues and challenges of Google. Also, his simple vision was to see succeed in their ventures.
