Self-reflection on past achievements
I have participated in the learning classes and CPD which have developed my competency skill. I have understood from my previous class learning that job satisfaction is a very important strategy to retain employees in the workplace. It contributes to the brand name of the company and increases employee turnover (Grit, 2019).
I have learned the importance of personal and professional development in the workplace. The past achievement had taught me to incase my skill and to communicate with my peers to mitigate team challenges. I have learned about team conflict and its negative effects on organisational goals. Team conflict should be mitigated because it hampers competency and professional efficacy (Bintani, 2020).
I have chosen the topic related to job satisfaction and how it influences employee turnover. I want to see how communication skull and listening skills mitigate workplace challenges. I will improve my communication skill, team management skill and decision-making skill. Participation in CDP is helpful to make my plan successful.
I have certain short-term and long-term goals based on past achievements. I want to make my own dissertation to show the importance of job satisfaction. As per my past experience, I have been told to communicate more which will help me to collect information.

As per table 1, SWOT analysis is helping e to understand the abilities that I already have. I have to participate in regular CPD classes to increase my competencies. I want to focus on the relationship between job satisfaction and employee turnover rate. From the previous studies, I have learned that job satisfaction is related to maintaining job transparency.
My soft skills should be improved to collect data. On the other hand, after proceeding with my dissertation I want to join the workplace. My long-term goals include being a team leader of the team. I have strong leadership skills which will help me to focus on my aim.
I am weak to communicate with new people. It will impact my future development. I want to meet new people and communicate with them to enhance my professional skill. It will help me to manage my team. Communication is required to handle the tam conflict and to maintain a positive relationship with the team members (Aguinis and Gabriel, 2021). It will also help me to mitigate the organisational challenge in the bigger platform.
I have to focus on my decision-making skill. It will help me in my dissertation and in my professional field as a team leader and team member. I will mitigate all the issues by participating in CDP training scheme which will develop my threats and weakness. As per table 2, It is important to communicate with team members. It helps to mitigate team challenges and team conflict. It helps to understand data accurately. It is essential to make proper decisions in a team and it helps to maintain the organisational growth of the workplace (Kivimäki and Meriluoto, 2018).
Accurate learning from the business management course and critical reasoning skill development is required to improve the decision making skill. As per the views of Minhas et al. (2020), Covid-19 has hampered work enforcement, job satisfaction and communication skill. The situation has changed because of virtual integration.
CDP will help to monitor the incompetencies continuously. Thus, individuals increase their skills by giving feedback where there is an issue. However, the CDP plan helps me to make decisions in any kind of critical situation that the organisation is confronting. As a result, it will help me to develop innovative strategies to solve any kinds of business issues in a proper manner within the organisation.

It is important to provide financial as well as non-financial support for employees to make them satisfied and get positive output in business. The approaches of the study will be the deductive approaches that will be considered for completing the research. The research reduces the instance of the employees and helps to find the needs of the employees and cover the system of production.
The secondary research strategy will be the research strategy for completing the study. The data collection method for the study will be used the qualitative method based on the thematic analysis. The research design will be the descriptive design for the expense that involves creating satisfaction in the workplace.

Positivism philosophy will be used in this research to gather positive knowledge and information regarding employee satisfaction and turnover (Ryan, 2018). Positivism philosophy deals with the examination of research variables to get better research outputs.
This philosophy will help to collect information regarding how organizations increase their employee satisfaction to reduce turnover rates. The selection of positivism philosophy will play an important role in analyzing research variables to get relevant information and maintain the quality of research.
There are different research philosophies such as interpretive and post-positivism, however, positivism philosophy will be appropriate for this research to get positive outcomes in future.

Security
The employees need security in the workplace which increases the private sector of the organization. The management of the organization can reduce the incentives of the work that is the security issues in the workplace. Job security measures the uses of the perceived risks of the loss of a job for the employees.
The security issues refer to the huge workforce in the workplace also the scarcity of new job openings. The reduction of the working rate occurred prior to an increase in the rate of job losses in recent times.
