The benefits of this model are that the security level is increased, and it is easily customizable. The con that it has is that the data are hard to access to different locations.
  3. Hybrid Cloud- this deployment is done based on two or more cloud models. The name suggests that it is a hybrid of the others. This cloud model is deployed with the model of the private and public, both combined together. The benefits of this model are that it is flexible and at the same time scalable.

This model is also cost-efficient, and the security of this model is enhanced. The only disadvantage that it has is that as it is used by both the private and public cloud, in the level of communication, it may get slightly conflicted.

With all the models of deployment of the cloud in the field of education, Google and Microsoft Azure is considered as the best. Let take an example- there is a school in the rural area of Canada(Odeh 2017). This school has 19 different schools under it with 4800 different students. All the databases of the student were maintained by the school’s own database of the school. But with the increase in the student it got difficult for the schools to maintain their own database, so they shifted their whole database to the “Microsoft Azure”.

3.4 Choice of Data Centre and Standards

Choosing the right type of data centre is an important part to do. Many schools and universities use their own database to store all the data and information of the students. But as the number of students gets on increasing the data that is stored in their own database starts showing issues(Rashid). To overcome all this a right solution is needed. So Microsoft Azure or the Google cloud is the perfect place to store all the data.

From any remote locations, the students can have access to it. The cloud system has brought many benefits in the educational system.
