Case study
Sandra is an exceptionally bright and articulate woman who was found to have a cancerous tumor in her eye. The tumor is growing rapidly. Immediate operation is required to be done but due to the unwillingness of the consent to any protection which involved giving her blood product. However, later when Sandra tells his story people get scared of dying and think about living life best.
The ethical issue that is being faced from analyzing the above case study is that Sandra needs to talk to proper medical facilities with the blood system. It is required to provide with different facility in the healthcare sector that is creating awareness and making the healthcare system more accessible and effective (Fadul et al. 2021). It is required to set and make the changing in value with stability that improves the overall function with standard dignity to manage and make the medical system more successful.

3.1 Two pieces of legislation and their impact on the delivery of care
“Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974” is having a positive impact on the health and safety that is developed and provided with assistance in promoting dignity in social care. Safety is the main practice that is required to control and make the development in the health care sector. It is also important to assist and provide with proper medical system to provide better delivery of care.
“Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999” is providing with better medical facilities that promote and provide effective balance in work to maintain dignity and access the strategic value of change in the system (Mittelstadt, 2019). It is required to make the functional value that is defining and creating a cultural perspective to improve and provide with safety regulation to the work. It is accessing the value with cultural norms that define and make the improvement with proper health system and dignity to access and have the control in the health care system.
3.2 The roles of two agencies that provide guidance for safe and effective care delivery in the health and social care sector
Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 1974: It plays a role in providing the employee with a safe working environment that is accessing the overall value and systems to manage and edamame the integration from a value perspective. Improving the working environment by providing proper health and employees at the place to work and creating a cultural environment.
Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999: Its role is to place the employee on duty and set to provide with design, Principal contract, and another contractor (Ladds et al. 2020).
