Implication of this process organizational employees are able to understand organizational goals and keep their focus towards. Most importantly it focuses on Mayo’s Human Relations Theory by which organizational leaders are able to establish a positive relationship with employees in order to obtain beneficiary results from them and improve organizational progress internationally.
Along with this, it also focuses over a reflective aspect about self-awareness. Due to which an organizational leader is able to maintain organizational leadership and improve organizational success with effectiveness. It can be concluded that organizational leaders having problems in maintaining an organizational team internationally might be able to obtain effective assistance using this study.
