Description

With the help of the description section, I can describe myself as a coach of the experience period which I have spent. So I can concentrate on the happenings that have happened during that coaching period. During my coaching period, I have decided to make the learners disaggregate into various teams so we can receive and discuss with each other. I created it because I am just unable to give the same focus to every team. This is because of the segregation and being unable to teach them properly as a coach. So it can be stated that if I could not segregate on the team, then I would have appropriately taught them the appropriate way. So my view may be that if I could not segregate them, I would have taught them properly.

Feelings

It is feasible to analyses for me in the section of feelings, as I realized during my coaching session. As I have seen, I could have given the learners suitable knowledge if I had taught them. By following the appropriate procedure. I forgot about the group, which was also quite happy with each other because they were finding suitable individuals for each other and felt like they were working together. I realized I had a lot to educate them about how we were dealing with one particular problem, but I couldn’t because of time constraints.

I was overjoyed at the prospect of instructing the learner, and the learner was equally enthusiastic about receiving coaching from me. It was a challenging circumstance for me since I thought I was just not providing the learner with enough attention so that they could learn. Simultaneously, I have realized I have a lot to teach them. I was instructing them, and it was obvious that I was frustrated, which is not ideal for a coach.

At the same time, I was a little bit excited to shout it at the learners because they were quite excited to hear all of this from me, so I was feeling quite guilty about scolding them. Then we suddenly realized that I was quite frustrated, so they came to me and tried to make me comfortable so that I could concentrate on my work. This situation helped me a lot to motivate myself and also think as a coach. Then my feeling was that I was quite excited about that particular incident because the frustration that I have found during the short period of teaching makes me solace so that I can concentrate on my coaching and also help them to learn. I would say if I am looking back at the earlier situation, the situation was quite satisfying for me because I have learnt how to control my frustration by making myself solace.

I can also say that I could make proper segregation of teams here. If I did not supervise in teams, then it would be appropriate to teach them. Adding the word “situation” helps me to motivate myself and I also gain experience in coaching people.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I can say I have learnt a lot of things, such as positive as well as negative things, from that incident. The positive aspect is that I have learnt from them how to manage learners. I have also learnt from them how to teach properly as a coach and how to guide learners. I can also say that the situation helped me a lot to motivate myself and others also. I am much more confident than I was previously. If I could not segregate the team among all the people, then I would have taught them positively, so it is safe to say that it would be a positive situation for everyone involved if I could do that. As I have observed while coaching learners, I must develop appropriate leadership skills because these skills enable me to make the situation appropriate and provide better knowledge to my learners. I believe I could have provided suitable guidance in a short amount of time. I may also conduct an additional study on the issue they mentioned. I could have spent more time with them to get a better understanding of them.

Action plan

In my action plan, I would like to state that I have learned a lot from that incident during the coaching. If I had to do the same thing again in the future, I would have chosen a different way, such as by understanding the group requirements. I need the talent because I need to be able to listen well. I have seen that I need to improve my talents related to accurate reflection. I need to ask the learner to acquire relevant information about them. Giving them feedback is also necessary for their benefit and mine.

Conclusion

I can say that I have learned a lot of things from the last six phases based on this set of findings. I still have a lot to learn, such as how to inspire myself and how to notice people and develop my observation power by connecting with them.  I can indicate in the evaluation that I have additionally explored a few instances of my inappropriateness. However, these skills, which are required to develop myself, I have also realized various kinds of objects in my life as a result of receiving feedback, so to fulfill all of these objects as a coach, I need to develop new skills such as proper listening skills, proper observation power, and so on. It is feasible for me to observe my knowledge and power, which I have collected during the coaching, using six steps.

I have made proper communication with the learners. In a learner’s case, communication is critical for making an appropriate impression on the leader (Li et al. 2020). My student was inspired by me. Then I decided to make the motivation myself. I kept them motivated by delivering a variety of motivational messages that were suited to my students’ needs. According to many authors, delegating is not suitable for providing optimism, but it is a leader’s most valuable asset in developing strong learners.
