Project Summary
Most of the organizations are moving towards the cloud-based HR system to manage the required resources of their organization and cut down the costs. It helps to improve the efficiency and productivity of the organization to meet the global requirement level. Cloud computing is scalable and elastic it help to deliver various required service to the customer as per there requirement with the use of internet.
There are more jobs available but hiring a right talented person with the required skills it is difficult for companies to identify the staffs as per their requirement. A cloud based HR system helps this kind of organization to improve their HR process with the various tools that are available in the cloud. Cloud environment will provide a scalable application where the data can be stored in encrypted format.
Research Area
HR management process is now becoming IT enabled which is also called as e-HRM. It helps to update the details of the employee, history of the employee. The HR management process using cloud helps to streamline and update the details of the employee and all the process of HR of an organization in a centralized manner using internet. An organization may have various branches and can have a centralized HR management system to manage all the HR related process of all branches in a centralized manner.
Various researches like various challenges involved in the centralized cloud based HR management process like performance, efficiency, cost saving, access of stored information when required, security of the information stored in the cloud. How to incorporate various functions of HR in an organization like training and development, manage the available human resource during the absence of employee, salary details, compensation details and the work flow management of the organization.
Cloud computing provide three main commonly known services IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service). Adoption of SaaS in HR system using cloud has a significant role in the effective cost management in the organization. Storing of information about the employee and analyze the performance of the employee and to satisfy the customer. A quantitative research is applied to identify the relationship between the Human Resource management system and the cloud based human resource management system.

An application management system with an onboard module used to track and monitor the applicants and recruitment portals to identify best candidates as per the requirements of the organization by streamlining the hiring process. The application should be used to store and retrieve the information about the employee and update the information of the employee with a centralized database which can be accessed when ever and where ever required by the organization, only authorized persons can access the information proper permission should be provided to the users of the database.
It should have pre-defined templates that match as per the industry requirement and the business process of the company that supports a relocation of global employee and the global workforce in a flexible manner. It should have various benefits to manage and tailor the employee specific benefits and the cost associated with it. The various resources that are required are Application server, Database engine, data inter-change technology, library GUI, operating systems, RAM, Hard Disk, processor speed and security of the stored information.
