As a Senior Registered Nurse, it is my responsibility to meet the emotional and practical requirements of my patients as well as that of the health care professionals working with me. Through self-reflection, medical professionals can learn to better connect with and care for a wide range of patients (Farrell, 2020). Similarly, thinking about and practicing effective group and teamwork may help individuals make more significant contributions to patient care. Thinking on past actions and how they may be improved provides a basis for making strategic plans for the future (Mills, 2017). When employees take the time to assess their sentiments, values, and opinions about their job, they are better equipped to determine whether or not to continue with a certain course of action.

Improved methods of operation may be maintained through reflective practice by making all employees accountable for creating a positive work environment. Mills (2017) argues that reflective practice encourages workers to evaluate their interactions with coworkers and determine whether or not their actions and methods of accomplishing tasks contribute to a positive work environment. Moreover, reflective practice enables workers to evaluate their own performance and, based on their own or their coworkers’ experiences, create new, more effective methods of completing tasks (Peate & Professor Ian, 2017). I am able to analyze unsuccessful healthcare operations and pinpoint errors like missed diagnosis and botched surgeries. By pinpointing these slip-ups, I may take preventative measures to avoid doing them again. Similarly, thinking back on surgeries that went well has helped me gain self-assurance and learn the ropes so that I may do even better in future procedures. Through introspection, healthcare professionals may evaluate their own levels of empathy when treating patients and their interactions with other staff members. Medical professionals rely heavily on close observation of their patients’ reactions to therapy and the identification of areas for improvement; reflective practice provides the opportunity to hone these observational abilities.

Planning and development are crucial to my success as a physician and the fulfillment of my responsibilities. In order to keep my patients happy with the care I give them, I must accurately diagnose their conditions and carry out the specific clinical procedures that have been delegated to me. As a medical professional, it is also my duty to ensure that every operation is perfectly organized before beginning any work. All of the information I need about a patient is analyzed by nurses and lab professionals, therefore they are essential to my job success. It is important that I get along somewhat well with them so that we can support each other professionally. When interacting with patients, nurses play a crucial role in helping me feel supported. I can make an accurate diagnosis if you tell me all I need to know about your disease and symptoms. They also evaluate my progress in building abilities and provide recommendations on how I may improve my interactions with patients.

To improve my ability to ensure a productive workplace I can achieve my goal by helping everyone in the hospital become more independent. Moreover, it would be my responsibility to make sure that everyone benefits from wage increases and can afford a higher standard of living. I would see to it that people not only feel safe and comfortable, but also receive all the care they require. Due to the urgency with which I want to finish this task, I anticipate that the time needed to achieve this objective will be rather quick.  I believe I will be able to accomplish this task in a year.
To improve my ability to provide support to my colleagues This is another crucial step that should not be overlooked, as it will improve workplace satisfaction and harmony. It is up to me to ensure that this objective is met as quickly as possible. My firm would profit from an increase in productivity and worker satisfaction, thus I intend to achieve this goal as quickly as possible, preferably within the next six months.
To improve my ability to ensure a better   working environment for the staff It is vitally important that the culture and the work environment be conducive to the goals of the health care organisation and the health outcomes of those in our care as well as all those who are working here. I have underlined my approach to this task in the previous tasks of this assignment. This will be an ongoing process that I will have to undertake over the course of my profession.

 

I have a responsibility to see that the goals outlined above are met, since doing so would enhance the hospital’s standing in the community as a reliable source of high-quality medical treatment. I’ll do everything I can to make sure the hospital has what it needs to meet its goals and that its various operations proceed smoothly and on time. It is generally agreed that the aforementioned goals represent the doctor’s main priority. Moreover, it is my responsibility to ensure that the high standards of the hospital are upheld so that the lives of all patients improve. The hospital can only develop if its goals are met. Having you on staff at the hospital will allow me to fulfill my personal mission of improving the quality of life for all people. One of my goals is to ensure the highest standard of treatment for each patient. As a physician, there are many duties that fall on my shoulders. So it’s on me to figure out how to improve my financial situation. Therefore, I will work harder to ensure that these goals are met as soon as possible.
