The company focused traditionally towards the development and exploration of fossil based fuel (natural gas and oil) and also found that company has recently expanded its business into renewal resources (solar and wind).
At the same time, the development and change in the business technology drastically is developing a pressure for all staff to learn new skills and knowledge or providing option to leave a firm if not ready to adapt new changes (YES, 2018).
Moreover, the company also traditionally focuses on physical safety and injury prevention on the job sites respectively. Yourway Energy Solutions (YES) have faced stress leave and health issues which found to be doubled in last two years which leading to increase in the sick leave that is above the average of industry respectively.

In organization review, the commitment of Yourway Energy Solutions (YES) is determined which states that company focusing towards providing support to the employees and their families for which proper strategic human resource plan is need to develop.
In addition, the current situation of the company also reflects the business experience that company has not invested much on health issues and injuries condition of the employees at the job sites (YES, 2018). In context to it, it is also identified that company decision to bring changes in the business operation and activities somewhere affected the employee health and wellness to some extent.
In last year, YES faced some bad experience which includes 4 accidents due to injures which result into 17 day off per 100 employees, stress leaves found doubled, workers compensation insurance rate got increase by 25% and much more. While reviewing the organization, it is also identified that company has been sued by the informer workers for injury which he/she faced at the worksite. While analyzing the organization environment, it is identified that Yourway Energy Solutions (YES) has faced huge challenges which affecting the employee and organization relation in a negative manner.
The employees of an organization are feeling less safe and secured because of increase in incidents or accidents at a job site (George et al., 2015). At the same time, it is also understood that company need to focus more on improving the working environment and culture in order to develop healthy environment efficiently.
On the other hand, it is also identified that YES has somewhere lacking in the using or adopting the best practices related health and wellness program for the employees and workers. This lack in health and wellness policy is somewhere affecting the growth of the business to a large extent (Sittig et al., 2014).
In this study, key trends of health and wellness is also analyzed in order to understand and identify major actions and steps which are taken by the Canadian government and industries for protecting the environment and society (employees mainly) from any explosion or incidents.

Moreover, this study also helped in understanding the key trends related to health and wellness which organizations are adopting for retaining the existing employees and providing them a safer working environment.
