It deals with basic qualities that need to possess by the emotional intelligence people that could result in positive outcome.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the capability of recognizing and understanding the emotions of yourself and others. It manages our emotions, makes aware of impact of emotions that could drive positive and negative affects both.
