A company has to focus on economical sustainability in their organization in every stage of economic activities. Economical sustainability helps companies to take economical risks to achieve their long-term organizational goal.
The earlier discussion gives lessons about the role of social media marketing in the promotion of any brands or products in any particular market. Social media is an easily available and free medium to promote brands or their services. It helps business organizations to engage with a large number of customers very quickly (Ndlovu and Mofokeng, 2018).
Digital marketing is more cost-effective than traditional marketing. It helps companies save huge amounts of money on advertisement. Due to this reason, they are more capable to invest their money in quality or products or services which they want to deliver to their customers.
There are certain fundamental requirements in case of the development and the proper functioning of an organization. There are basic requirements of the process where the influence is basically taken by an organization itself in case of the quality management and controlling the production (Sumaryati et al. 2020). To reduce the costs and increase production is considered to be the essential aspects of an organization seeking to have proper functioning of the workplace along with the market operations.
In the case of financial management, it is essential to look into the resources and the mitigation strategies of a firm that can lead to the betterment of the functional application. Such as, if the requirements of the stakeholders are fulfilled they showcase enough interest in case of process development of the association and withhold their opinion on the business management (Safkaur et al. 2021).
Angelov Consultant deals with the client requirements and meets their criteria with effective strategies. In order to retain the standard, a quality enhancement mechanism is required to be established.
The basic needs of a business firm are associated with quality control, stakeholder management, financial agreements and book keepings, internal management, market analysis and insurance and asset management. All of them are required to be handled with the prudent accuracy of which the betterment in the protocols can be achieved.
Angelov Consultants Ltd is operating under several modes of application. Apart from the financial management schemes and methods, it is also focused on marketing strategies (Rahayu and Gunawan, 2018). Taking the recent events into account the marketing strategies of the company is commendable where systematic approaches are taken for the business development and generating more leads.
Classification of the automation and making the process smoother in case of the marketing standard is needed to focus on certain fundamentals associated with the marketing standard. These standards are determined and regulated by certain variables which are proper methods associated with the advertisement campaigns, incorporating the fair price policies, occasional modification of the promotional materials and lots more (Pascual Pedreño et al. 2021).
Along with it, customer research and market analysis play a crucial role in determining the business strategies and launching products. In this digital era, another concluding and effective method to popularize the products is by using digital marketing campaigns. Here, direct interaction with the customers and counting them in the marketing campaigns are considered to be effective in finding the optimum solution to popularize a brand.
Reflection and personal development plan
During the internship in the company Angelov Consultant Ltd. I have come across certain challenges associated with the professional approaches that I have not obtained during my educational career. In the case of finance management, performing the business development with the changing requirements of the clients often seems difficult to me as there are fewer options available to me to conduct a bundle of works within a short time span.
Management of time according to the work profile is quite an important aspect that is required to be accomplished (Iswanaji, 2019). Prudent knowledge on a topic often brings out the options for an organization to count the measles in handling the situations but the practical approaches are quite different from the theoretical applications (Andrian et al. 2018).
Measures that the theories provide in the academic career are true and effective up to a certain level but new instances and the situation require the presence of mind the analytical perceptions to count the critical factors.
At the time of my appointment in the firm, I was optimistic to conduct the operation properly with effective efficiencies and I assured myself there was going to be hardly any options for me to make mistakes. I was proven wrong not by any person but by the situation. It taught me that I have way more paths to convert to reach the pick.
Fiance management, accounting, stakeholder management, internal infrastructure management and other responsibilities were levied on my shoulders while the commendable fact is I already had gained theoretical knowledge on them. I also had studied certain scenarios that came to my mind and made them count in the professional application.
Apart from the financial activities and business development mechanism in the organization I also have conducted marketing related operations. Marketing gives any organization the options to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of the products to the targeted customers (Abd Rahman et al. 2019).
There are many methods that can provide effective marketing campaigns to the organizations such as advertising on tele mediums and in recent days the most prevalent is digital marketing. In Angelov Consultant Ltd. I performed my responsibilities as a marketing executive too where I needed to marketise the attractive holiday packages on the different platforms. The track was considerably effective in the sense that it could generate enough leads to the business organization which could provide commendable business to the organization.
In the gradual conduction of my works and responsibilities, I came across certain ideas that I did not acquire at the time of my academic life. Knowing and understanding the ethical policies associated with keeping the records or retaining good relations with the stakeholders is one of them.
Again, finding the mechanism of doing the work as per the requirement of the company by gathering resources was a tough challenge for me. Gathering information and finding the patterns from the collected data is not an easy task to commence (Picazo and Moreno-Gil, 2018). It requires prudent knowledge in the associated field along with accessibility to the technology that can provide a reliable standard of professionalism.
Marketing the products and knowing the standard and market demands are the essential aspects for the marketisation of a brand. I performed the job of marketing the holiday packages on the different platforms of which enough leads can be generated. It required marketing knowledge and the methods of using the advanced tools (Shahijan et al. 2018).
Knowing the competitors and their efficiency in the same profession is an important factor in the case of marketing. Checking the company’s capabilities where I associated myself and comparing my skills with the other market professionals was a challenge for me. I enjoyed the challenge as it gave me the opportunities, the policies, psychology of the customers and the competitors and allowed me to find my own flaws.
The activities in the organization during my internship period were challenging and at the same time interesting to count into the basic requirement for the professional development purpose. It allows in finding out the flaws and the effective strategies to meet the requirements and find the conclusive approaches by which the conduction of the operation either in finance or in marketing can be properly done (Lin and Kuo, 2019).
After counting the effectiveness, I found certain flaws and wish to highlight in this context in order to justify myself and make my professional career better. Quick thinking, making decisions, keeping records and retaining knowledge are some of the crucial factors that I had a chance to polish.
Skills | Timeline | Improvement Strategies | Future Benefits |
Time Management | 30 days | Finding the crucial and critical mechanism to reduce the time for conducting an operation is quite essential to consider (Ganatra et al. 2021). One of the best methods to conduct a job without commencing more labour or consuming time is by avoiding the unnecessary or negligible factors and classifying the important aspects. | It can improve the efficiency of many folds and I can obtain scopes to focus on my associated endeavours. |
Team Management | 15 days | It is necessary to manage a team by ensuring the common objective for the benefit of the organization (Sumaryati et al. 2020). It is possible by understanding the needs of all the associates and counting them in the mainstream of the operation. | It can improve my leadership qualities of which I can meet the requirements of the organization at the same time improve in my career. |
Analytical skills | 20 days | With the analytical skills, it is possible to manage the conclusive outcomes that can impact the operation. It is helpful in a quicker approach to the patterns of which effective decisions easily can be taken (Safkaur et al. 2021). | I can find the solutions to complex problems easier and contribute to the growth of the organization. |
Technical Skills | 30 days | Adaptation of the changing nature of the technology requires having sufficient knowledge of the platform (Rahayu and Gunawan, 2018). Sorting out the necessities in case of technology and checking the operation strategies can provide sufficient options to count the measures. | Improved technical knowledge can increase the chances of me taking myself for granted to the desired job role. |

Conclusion
In the end, it can be concluded that it is simple enough to learn but it is difficult enough to implement it in the profession. Job roles and responsibilities can be conducted easily if a person acquires both theoretical and practical knowledge. It increases the possibilities of the organization to commence the factors that can be proven effective in the profession.
As in this case, financial activities require certain knowledge on the operation and management of an organization. It also needed an enlarged vision on the strategies of which the internal and external factors can be properly balanced. On the other hand, marketing operations require an analytical sense. Judgemental capacities along with technical knowledge are counted as the utmost requirement in the marketing of the products and increase the sales.
