This reflection outline learnings that I gained within the execution of business plan. I found various steps are required to function the business idea into execution. I learned about seven steps to incorporate for making successful business plan. Initial and important one is related to identify the business idea which can be retrieved from internet or existing businesses etc. Second, I found that briefing about the business is also important in regards to analyses the firm size, nature in order to explore the idea in it. Third one is to explore the market analysis in the form of study customer behavior. Fourth one is related to identify how will company operate this idea and fifth is to figure out the product or services offering and in what way either offline or online. Sixth one is related to assess financial outlook whether firm has that much funds to bring idea into reality (Blank, 2020). Lastly, develop the relevant monitoring system for recording the improvement areas in case business faces issues.
These business plan steps helped me to learn how to conduct research work related to generate uniqueness in business. I learnt that business idea is not about to bring always something new but, it also relates to the execution of those services which are already developed or need proper execution in reality. There are different types of innovation practices I learnt with the use of business plan. I also gained in-sight about the conduct of market survey for gaining information about the consumer behavior or taste. These steps helped me to experiences how business plan out the activities or execute with the support of team-members. I believed that an effective business plan always ensures high success as setting up of a plan based on market analysis, risk estimation may help the business to prepare themselves for the uncertainties or prepare for back-up plan to assist the business to move towards growth.
Intepretation
This business plan supported me to discover that communication or decision-making are the key skills for execution of plan in rightly manner. This is because the business plan consists of making several decision regards to market or customer preferences along with the guiding people with having right communication is equally important for providing same directions to members (Duncan, 2013). Therefore, these traits could support for reaching out on the proper execution of business plan. I evaluated my skills where I found that there is need to keep update with the current affairs for making proper decisions in respect to plan out the activities on proper manner. This has made me to have right set of information that have been derived from different lectures in the study. It has made to have knowledge about the concepts that are required to be underlined in the development of business plan so that it could have development and formulation of right products and services. This has made me to know that what are the basic needs which are to be attained so that work could be performed in an accurate manner. I found that a business plan requires proper communication and coordination skills with people so that it could help in minimizing the problems while serving the people effectively.
Outcome
As per the study that I have attained during the course, it has been analyses by me that lectures have provided me knowledge about the need of communication that is required for working in a team and making them to work under that coordination. It makes me to have improvement in such areas so that I could lead into right direction while managing the needs of people. This is important for me to deal with different people while satisfying them so that they could work as per the needs of the business. During the course of study, I identified there are different areas that are to be improved in me so that I could work effectively while meeting with its needs in future. This is important for carrying right output with the management and allocation of resources at desired level. I learned that I have great learning skills which have made me to have high level of knowledge as I am keen in learning new things which are beneficial for working into desired course of study. Learning new things make an individual to deal with the number of things that are required to be considered in the future. In regard to my solidarity, I understood that I am great at perusing and having legitimate information about the various themes. I’m additionally energetic with regards to the acquiring new abilities or ready to work in complex workplace. These characteristics certainly help me in future vocation as business incorporate vulnerabilities so all things considered, learning and changes are consistently steady (van Dalen, 2013). So, I observed that I am sufficiently proficient to take strain of business and ready to help my associates to function admirably. As I observed myself to be more tolerance and quiet character so I dealt with less issue of struggles in future. That is the reason; I needed to turning out to be more certain towards abilities so I can ready to communicate enormous number of business customers and convert the expected customer into faithful ones (Zickar and Kostek, 2013). Nonetheless, I likewise figured that because of battles in relational abilities that is the reason I wonder whether or not to partake in cooperation.
