There have been some critical issues  inter how department of the university which includes the labour turnover specially in the information technology department. It is found that the factors which contribute to the high labour turnover has been seen in lacking quite a lot in the talent management schemes and many more. It also adds up with the recruitment policies which are being used by the management for the experience in the university. The university have been having their own set of trouble for the past few years in the technology department specially (Puccio,2010). They have been playing a very critical role in the provision of the service. The technology department have been playing an important role in shaping the student and also helping them a lot in learning many things.

Discussion

They help students in learning about the technology and also allow them to use the computers’ through which the students tend to learn more.  However the labour turnover which has been a major concern for the university has been a problem for them for quite a long time. The problem with the department is mainly because of the lack of competent and also most importantly the staff have not been effective which has effected a lot of students in the university. The university although has been seen having a strong staff in the technology department. However the maintenance of the department has been lacking and this has created a crisis in the university. There have been some critical issues inter how department of the university which includes the labour turnover specially in the information technology department. It is found that the factors which contribute to the high labour turnover has been seen in lacking quite a lot in the talent management schemes and many more.
