Overall, this essay will demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses of using the globalization as an opportunity for multinational corporations.
Discussion
Globalization is a process which support or encourages the businesses to expand or develop their business process at different market segment or different geographical regions. According to Osibanjo et al. (2014) globalization affects all different aspects such as ideas, opinions, value, and culture in context of companies, people and consumers. Globalization develops challenges for a multinational corporation in terms of infrastructural components or regulatory framework.
From the research study of Beck (2018) it is clearly stated that there is four phases model of globalization through company has to go through while selling its products at a worldwide market. The phase’s model of globalization include exporting stage, cooperative contracts stages, strategic alliances stage and wholly owned affiliates stage. At the same time, Cvetkovich (2018) also stated that the strength and weakness of using globalization for Multinational Corporation is that achievement of profit maximization and weakness is challenges affect business environment.
Conclusion
From the above study, it can be concluded that globalization is something which provides benefits as well as develops essential issues for an organization at a global competitive market.

This essay outlined on understanding and determining the importance of using a standardized work procedure for the job specification in order to select the workers for performing a repetitive, precise and simplified task efficiently. Standardized work is defined as a distinct framework that helps in combining the job elements in most effective manner and sequence manner in order to achieve the efficient level of production. Dave (2012) clearly mentioned that standardization or work procedure facilitates the safe working environment efficiently and also by eliminating the wastage effectively. In support to this, Charoensukmongkol (2014) also demonstrated that standardized work approach is a discipline approach help in building a quality of production, flexibility and improve the safety and help in developing or adding the value to the work.
There is different terminology which is practiced by the companies in building a standardized work efficiently such as task time to produce one product, cycle time to complete one operation efficiently. Boxall and Macky (2014) stated that using standardized work procedure helped in defining the job specification efficiently and encourages the work to perform their job responsibilities in a better manner. While job designing, human resource manager is required to consider the standardized work procedure in order to build motivation in the employees and also to develop production efficiency.
Conclusion
From the above study, it can be concluded easily that companies can use standardized work procedure for defining job specification as well as also it can be used as approach for job designing for performing a particular task.
